The service was fine but the meatloaf gravy was liquid light brown grease. Definitely was not meatloaf gravy.

Food was good. The girl at the counter was very good. She took the order, made the plates and rang us up, all while being cheerful and engaging . She is an asset there. Food was hot and fresh.

Do you like Thanksgiving dinner? Proceed. Would you want to eat a B rated thanksgiving dinner? Proceed. Cornbread should be way better. I think Boston market could be a 4 star if it had the best cornbread out there. They don't give you a reason to "gotta come back".

This place was doing really bad for awhile. HOWEVER, I've noticed recently it's been some much nicer going there. No more attitude from the prior employees that used to work there, place is clean, food is fresh and quickly prepared. There is a gentleman by the name of Terrance that works there and he is GREAT! So polite & professional. I'm always happy to see him.

Took the time to make fresh potpies for my family & made sure I was taken care of while I waited.

All 3 ladies were fantastic. Felt very welcome. Definitely would go again.

You would think for a restaurant that looks like it’s going out of business that it would be having problems. When I came in the lobby was clean and the food was hot and fresh. I did not visit the restrooms so I can’t comment on that. Service was fast and friendly.

I usually really enjoy it. And the staff was very nice but the food was below standard. Some of the sides had obviously been sitting there for a while and nothing was hot...only luke warm. Not their best.

I've had it with chain places. The food quality for the price is poor. Boston Market used to be pretty good.

I used to live in Hollywood Fla and frequented Boston Market on Hollwood Blvd. I live in Wilton Manors now and was thrilled to find a Boston Market that delivered. I ordered their baby back ribs and half a rotisserie chicken and sides of corn mashed potatoes mac and cheese. I wanted a side of creamed spinach. but it would have been easier to find Popyes address and get it from him. Their computer would not let me order it. No spinach for you. it insisted on ordering me steamed veggies which turned out to be quite good.Had I gotten just the veggies this would be a different review. Both the chicken and the ribs were not very good. Luke warm and the meat on both items so tough I couldn't finish them. The ribs were supposed to be baby back ribs. They weren't. This big tough chewey plate of ribs was awful .Looked like something Fred Flinstone would eat. The chicken wasn't much better ,dry and tough with the barbecue sauce so burnt into the chicken It was inedible. Oh well life is still good just not at this Boston Market.

I can't believe I found an open Boston market...the staff was very friendly, very helpful and even though they were out of my favorite dishes they pulled together a good meal for me..it was an entertaining visit

Terrible location. Nothing was prepared. They literally didn't have chicken. Worse yet, it was disgustingly dirty. The staff was rude as can be. As someone who regularly orders BM, I would tell you to avoid this location.

I went to this location on Saturday and the restaurant was short staffed. The employees were super nice but overworked and understaffed. The restaurant was filthy and the men's restroom was horrific. I complained to the area director via Linked In as I gave him feedback at the sister store in Tamarac. He ended up blocking me. The woman called me from ciprorate and told me to go to another restaurant as they were doing their best. The department of health needs to pay a visit. No wonder why this great restaurant is going under. I told her that I never have an issue with Chick Filet or PDQ and she said to go to them instead.
