Another wonderful 4th of July at Bahia Mar! As part of our annual tradition of staying in the hotel, we returned for dinner and were lucky to have Janet as our server — and she was absolutely phenomenal. Her customer service was top-tier. Janet handled our party of 14 with grace, patience, and a genuinely positive attitude.
She was incredibly attentive to the kids’ needs while also making sure the adults were well taken care of — a rare balance that not every server can master. I would return and ask for her a thousand times over.
On top of the excellent service, the food was delicious — everything came out fresh and flavorful. Highly recommended all around!

What a nice stop after a day boating, Julie went above and beyond for us and it was such a busy evening in here. Made us feel like we were the only ones around. What a memorable experience. Julie is one of a kind!

Terrible waitress. No menu to understand the prices and options. Buffet food is not great. The male waiter, rawitz, is super nice, I wish he was our waiter.

Only ate here because we stayed at the hotel. There was no menu and our server barely spoke english. We thought we ordered extra things and she said we did not even though we asked about them half way through eating she said she would put it in. At the end she still said we never told her about it. We also never got our extra silverware that we asked for too. Saw our server arguing with another server about another table as well. Food was fine. I’d probably recommend just doing the buffet if anyone needs to eat here to avoid any confusion.
I suspect this place got new management because everything is five stars and based on the reviews that wasn’t the case in the past. Highly recommend. also the manager in charge is on his game watching every detail and attending to the customers with fantastic attitude. I would hire them all. Good job breezes!

Food was terrible. Worst food I have ever eaten in my entire life and didn't have the heart to tell the server becaus she was really nice. We ordered the sliders which were greasy and flavorless. Next up, I got the salad. The chicken was overcooked and fatty. Despicable for the prices. My fiancee had the fish sandwich and it had no flavor. Very bad food and very disappointed
