So, so bad. We ate here for a work event and it is absolutely awful. No clue how a restaurant fit for a Midwestern suburb survives 50 yards from the ocean.

I think they are struggling. We made a reservation through open table and when we showed up they said it was an hour wait, despite reservation time. The restaurant was more than half empty. The hostess said he would speak to the manager about seating us and disappeared for so long we gave up and left.

I was excited to try this restaurant. Truly, what we experienced was sad. It appears there is an extreme shortage of staff. When we arrived (Friday night), half the restaurant looked to be empty, but there was a wait of 20-25 minutes (I'm assuming because they were short staffed). I will say our waitress was great. She really tried to make our dining experience a good one. The food however, not so good. I had the clam chowder, it was hot, but the crackers served with it came open. I couldn't trust to eat them and our server was so busy I didn't want to let the soup get cold waiting for crackers. I ordered the shrimp dip. Don't. Just don't. It was an asparagus dip with a few small shrimp tossed on the top. It was cold and the cheese wasn't melted. The chips were plentiful, but just blah. My dining partner had the bourbon Mahi Mahi and shrimp and he said it was decent. I think in its heyday this restaurant was probably a neat place to visit, now it's just overworked wait staff with haphazardly thrown together food. (Our waitress really tried. She took the dip back to heat it up for us, but I lost my appetite when it came out cold). Overpriced for what we got.
