This place is horrible! I came through the drive-thru and waited for 20 minutes before getting out of line and walking inside the store! Inside the store was empty and in 30 minutes they were only able to serve 1 customer! That is simply unacceptable on every level. When I walk in, they are on their phones! I asked for a manager and she comes to me and was very cordial however could only offer an "I apologize and that she is yelling at the workers to take the order" I explained that they are taking the order, there is no damn food to serve and the store is un-kept! This store needs a revamp of management, and the workers need proper training because we do not want these young kids to believe that business should be run in this manner. I really felt I should not even have paid for the meal.

Absolute worst “fast food” I sat in the drive-through for 25 minutes just waiting to order and then they got my order wrong and told me that they were completely out of one of the items that I ordered without communicating that to me. No apology not even a sorry we will substitute it. I was just so annoyed that I left.

the inside dining area isn’t open and it’s only 5:00pm which caused us to be stuck in the drive through for 45 minutes. This is ridiculous, yall should just have a drive thru in that case. Horrible and ghetto. If they don’t want to work they should find another job and not be so lazy. Why isn’t the inside open ???????

I feel odd giving it 5 stars but the food was hit and everything I ordered. I'm just surprised how whenever I ask for no ice they seem to fill it to the brim with. Plus I waited so long just to have the order taken. Is the drive-through no longer the quicker option? ?
I sat at the intercom for 10 mins before they would even take my order. Kept telling me to hold. They move SLOW. 25 min ordeal.

Worse location ever i been there today around 6 pm not bussy at all.. cashier take mi order never said hi or anything once i pay he just walk away so i take my receib from the printer machine and then the wait was insane for a fast food i say add chesse once get home no chesse. in one of the burger and y say 1 whit picles one no. and i get both no piacles terriblee atmosphere u feel like if u went to a public place were the homelees get free food and u have to pleaseee can i get this please can also get that and nobody anwser horrible.......

This place has absolutely no art inside to make you feel like you are at burger King. The bathroom is nightmare fuel in the lady's room. Food is basic. Works could care less about working there.
