Nuggets were stale and dry definitely been left for hours absolutely disgusting

Absolutely terrible service!!!!! 2 people working and 3 standing having a conversation not helping at all. EXTREMELY SLOW!!!!!! People ordering from the kiosk not receiving a receipt and being quizzed on what they purchased and if they misspoke they were scorned. Worst location I have ever been too and stupid expensive. I hope I never have to see this locations ever again. BURGER KING SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN ITS MAKING YOU LOOK ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!

I had a layover at this airport & had to eat something, so I went with the “safe” option. I ordered their fiery royal crispy, small fries, & a Mountain Dew. I was expecting a chicken filet but the sandwich was pieced together with two well seasoned chicken tenders. It’s already a messy sandwich (something to consider), so the tenders made it even more difficult. Another faux pas was the fact that the “chicken” was weirdly stringy, but the texture just gave artificial. The fries & fountain drink was fine. All in all, if you have a connecting flight, maybe try a your luck at the airport &/or eat before you arrive.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Staff did not greet anyone, the machines were down & they did not help with the flow of traffic. It wasn’t until people began to complain did staff decide to help & even then, they were not happy to. Very disappointed— go to the restaurants next door!!

The Burger King at Fort Lauderdale Airport delivers exactly what you would expect from the chain. The prices are in line with the brand’s usual standards, without major surprises for being at the airport. Service is also what you would expect from a fast-food place—quick and straightforward. A decent option if you want a familiar meal before boarding.

Worst service. You have to use kiosk to order and if you want to customize you can’t. So forget about getting it your way. And don’t ask a question because they will not help you. We walked over to Burgerfi in the other terminal.

Customers service terrible, the workers were very rude and my sprite was watered down, the worker laughed in my face for asking for another drink after tasting that the sprite machine was flat! Pleaseee get better workers here!!!

I went to this Burger King for a quick meal before I got on my flight. I waited 20 minutes for my food and every single order that they gave out was missing something and when I finally got my food after 20 minutes, my sandwich had mayo on it and I’m extremely allergic and they refuse to change it so I just went hungry on my flight.

Good there’s a Burger King at the FLL Airport ..!
Comfort food u know will have the same consistent taste ..!
We ordered the Whopper , spicy chicken sandwich; chicken nuggets , chicken fingers and fries ..!
Everything was super hot and freshly made .!
Without a doubt a good meal at the airport 💯
