I just stopped at Burger King. I knew exactly what I wanted. I went inside, but I needed to go to the bathroom. They told me the bathroom was out of order, but there were no signs on it and there was no way I could order and eat and not go to the bathroom. I think they purposely did not. Let me use the bathroom because I needed to use it before I ordered. This is not a company they can afford to make people angry and think I’ll never go back to Burger King again. So I hope the four employees who were standing there doing nothing with no one in the restaurant or the drive-through enjoyed today because Burger King is paying for it.

Disgusting i got a cheeseburger and before i opened it i knew something was wrong because i didn’t smell the grilled burn and i opened it was gray wasn’t even Grilled at all .It was upsetting i never had a bad experience at burger kings i have been to in miami or broward but this is the first time.

As always in the United States, they close to the public very early so the only way to eat something at 10 at night is to stop by and pick it up. I'll stick with the fries from Burger King in Argentina, they are much more delicious.

Very nice experience the young lady that was working in the drive thru was extremely nice my food was fresh and my fries were hot and correctly salted even though it was late I’ll definitely be back another time she definitely deserves a raise great job ?

Their food has gotten better in the past 2 months.. but last night I went there at 11pm to the drive through.. the lady in the drive through told me they are only accepting orders from the mobile app at this time... let that sink in
This location has really stepped up it's game. Service, wait time and electronics were significantly better than just 2 weeks ago. ( They had to take my card over to the drive through to swipe it. Needless to say I was a bit concerned. Today I was able to tap at the register) Hopefully the 10 minute wait for a Whopper and fresh fries is a thing of the past. Keep it up.
