What a horrible experience. I knew it would be horrible but gave them the benefit of the doubt based on my experiences with other Burger King’s. I bought 2 of the new snack wraps I think they’re called. The buffalo. All because they’re new to try. $2.99, about .5 ounces of chicken with the rest breading, one tomato that was overly ripe, 2 pieces of lettuce and sauce. What a robbery I was subjected too. And to top it off, I waited 15 minutes for my order, which also included a large fry and medium drink. Almost $14.00. This is a testament to how these big corporations treat us, like vermin. It was Easter, 3/31/2024 so it was slow. I hope I’ve learned my lesson this time because I’m tired of taking it in the rear. They are doing this wholesale. Yuk, Yuk, Yuk. Probably all artificial ingredients to make optimum profits. Jeez I’m pissed at myself and so is my health. Peace.

The location had decided that their restroom was no longer available to customers even though it was open and serving food. They also seem to be exploiting the local homeless to do their cleaning for them. The staff was completely unfriendly, dismissive. I asked them twice if I could use the restroom after ordering food.

I think she gave me a Diet Coke. I was clear about wanting sugar and not diet. What ever it was it was not right . Whopper had too much mayo or whatever it is they put in it. Two customers stood at the counter waiting to order for some time. The meal was gross. I could not drink my drink at all. I tossed it. The woman working did not seem friendly. Oh I got to ice cubes floating in Luke warm cola. It was obvious she did not care what she was serving

Just pulled up . Asked for unsweetened tea and got sweetened. Drive thru worker was defensive and hostile when I asked for unsweetened nicely. Ended up leaving instead of dealing with her gnarly attitude. Food was cold. Place was filthy. NEVER GO IN HERE.

The worst experience I have ever had at a fast food “restaurant “! After I have order and payed for the food in the drive-through I waited, saw them through the window talking and be on their phone. After 10 minutes I waved to the girl and she said they are cooking it. After 15 more minutes trying to get contact with them, without any luck, I park my car and went in. Of course no one even cared, barely answered questions!! Got my food, it was cold and wrong!!! I don’t understand that the franchise owner or Burger King could even allow people like that working for them!!! Will never go there again!!!!
