Great location. Convenient in and out lot. Employees friendly and took order. The burger I requested was exactly what I ordered. The fries were fresh and not overly salted. The interior dining area was clean . The restroom was clean, which is a plus for any food establishment. Good place for a quick bite on the way to.the airport.

This store for a few years now every time I come in something is always wrong with their computers and I can never use any codes well guess what Every single time I come in I don’t shop because they always have a problem with the codes not working or whatever problem they have but it’s funny because it’s already been almost 5 yrs and almost a dozen times I come in and leave so at this point I’m realizing why Burger King stores are closing and it’s because of workers who work here and don’t wanna work well today I’ve had enough Burger King you guys can all close down okay MCDONALDS don’t do this to their customers so it’s personal and now y’all can ALL CLOSE DOWN TRUST ME NOBODY NEEDS YALL!!!💯

I had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant tonight (12/03/2024). The cleanliness was an issue, but that wasn’t even the main concern. The fries were stale, and when I ordered a cheeseburger, it was missing the cheese. I went back to have it corrected, but the service only got worse from there.
A staff member with dreads was handling sweeping materials and then proceeded to touch my burger without washing his hands. To top it off, he threw a cold slice of cheese onto the burger and wrapped it up without any care. There was no attention to proper food handling or customer service.
I don’t expect to be treated this way when spending my money. The lack of professionalism and poor service tonight was unacceptable. I don’t want to come across as unreasonable, but I feel it’s important for management to be aware of the issues with the staff on the night shift.
I hope this can be addressed, as I won’t be returning if this is the standard of service.

It's a Burger King, not much more to say. But I'll add the order was correct and food was hot. I was not asked if I wanted now was I given condiments or napkins. I had to repeat myself a couple times when ordering despite a lack of any accent. Not sure if the radio was bad or the person wasnt understanding. Food tasted exactly as expected although the fountain drink tasted weird. This seems to be a common problem all over Ft. Lauderdale so I suspect it is the water.
