Very disappointed i had receive 2 orders of the same meal in drive through once. I got home, they only packed one. I called no answer

Went there this morning through the drive through(11/20/25 @ 7:57 am). Said hello like 5 times and waited for someone to respond. The young lady that answered said she heard me and she is busy.

Absolutely rude. No customer service skills whatsoever. I backed up my vehicle and left. You are catching an attitude at the customer who is purchasing food from an establishment that you chose to work for. That location will NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!!!!

To me they offer great service which I like, the atmosphere feels kind of died to me which to me is sad to say, and the food is BETTER then the clown of course BUT if you keep eating it frequently you my get a little suck of like me

They said they are open 24/7
All the morning employees are lazy they said they close from 3:30am to 5am they are close . Management are sucks. There owner are losing customers everyday morning……. They need to hire good employees for management especially in the morning.

They never get the order right. I don't like calling people dumb but they are so dumb here. The cashier ask if I wanted cheese, I said no I want lettuce and tomatoes no mayo or cheese she put cheese and lettuce anyways. This is maybe the fifth time this happened to me, and they have the nerve to get an attitude!!!

Always something wrong or missing from your oder even if your inside the store.

I went through the drive thru order a number 1 whopper meal got home there no lettuce tomato no onion just the patty and cheese ! Unacceptable if there’s item missing off the menu why wasn’t I notified

The bathroom was dirty!
The trash never never emptied

Burger King burgers are the best burgers in the world they so delicious my favorite meal from Burger King is the whopper meal I like when it’s so fresh & hot so delicious.

This drive-thru is always hit or miss.
I never have an issue when I go inside to pick up my meal though. Food is hot and picture worthy.
