Visited the Burger King tonight and the Manager was taking orders. Monestime Roubens was yelling through the speaker at customers and responding to questions with snide and sarcastic responses. I asked him if there was mayo on a sandwich and he responded to me with you’ve never been to Burger King before. Once I got to the window and wanting to speak with him, he tells the employees to tell me that he was busy doing inventory. I own a business and it is my livelihood and if I find out that my employees are talking to my customers that way, they will surely be fired. Disgusting and disrespectful treatment!! I will be calling the corporate office on Monday to let them know how he is treating customers.

I went to go order food and this is the second time the employee Monestime Roubens gives me a nasty attitude takes my order mad and yells through the drive through, i wouldn’t recommend this place because of there service and employee the food is well cooked but Monestime Roubens is very rude.

The employees have no spirit of service. They closed at 10:00 pm, well, my family of 8 arrived, the car was open, and they didn't want to serve us through the window. It was only takeout, but it was for the cars that arrived. It's very strange, we had to arrive by car so that they would attend to us. I would never visit this restaurant again. Employees deserve no recognition, zero dignity, zero service.
Lots of homeless issues and the staff try their best to keep them out but just not safe for patrons or staff. Owners need to fix the door locks and decide if they want to own a safe restaurant

The vibe there was negative and the man in charge hand that look and feeling on why am a here the Atmosphere there wasn't for me so but you can still go and make your mind up maybe he just had a bad customer but even if he did your managers and people skills should come out and over ride a negative customer.
