Having been to this location before, my most recent visit was disappointing. These used to be very good, fresh smash style burgers and now I find only preformed patties, from frozen, cooked until dry and tasteless. The chips we over cooked, and looked like something from the bottom of the frozen chip bag. You'd be better off heading to shakeshack or five guys. Such a disappointment from a spot that had so much potential just a few years ago.

I had a great experience at Burger Fi. On 17th Fort Lauderdale . The employees for very attentive and fast Jev and Jutier were very professional. I enjoyed eating in or take-out Burger Fi. I love your onion rings!!!!!!

Always a go-to spot with my daughter for lunch. Dinio is amazing and always attentive to my daughter and I...we always sit outside. He is always on top of the outside tables as the inside. Definitely our favorite Burger-Fi to eat at.

Disappointed. Skip the sad burger bowl. The fries are good. They didn't give me the sauce I paid for. No utensils, napkins or ketchup. Way overpriced!
The employees that I witnessed today were phenomenal. They were polite and helping people and taking their trays. It’s nice to have a change from the other two major burger chains that are nearby. It’s always a stressful situation when you visit them because of the employee attitudes.
