Terrible experience ever time at this location. If this store wasn’t in an airport it would be shut down/ the burger tasted like the burger you get at the all inclusive resort in Punta Cana at a two star resort. It tasted like it was cooked days prior, way overcooked , extra extra salt and cheap meat. They really take advantage of the travelers who needs quick service before boarding a flight.
To top it off they charge extra for no bun and have you a cheap core of the lettuce in its place.
Because of this repeatable horrible experience this was my last shot at giving them business including other locations.

Took the burger to the terminal to eat it. It was so tasty we went back for a second one. The meat it tasty, no gristle or fat and the topping for the burgerFi burger was just right. Friendly service as well.

I visited this location while waiting for a flight. 1 person was working during a lunch visit and I abandoned my wait for food after 45 minutes. I contacted their customer service and submitted a receipt for over $40. They sent me a gift card for $10. Absolutely pathetic customer service!

Over priced ! Eat somewhere else than the airport unless you want to pay $50+ for 2 burgers 1 fry and 2 waters ! Food is fine just ridiculously priced !

Order was incorrect. Was charged for sauce was not on burger. No cups for ketchup. Drink not stocked. If I travel through here again ill walk to rocks tacos in terminal 2.

They don't have a person in front anymore to help with checkout, so it's a pain to purchase drinks from the cooler. I drank the Chardonnay during the long wait for food, then the kitchen guy had to come out. Insane.

The gentleman that’s taking your order is so soft spoken, frankly unfriendly, and didn’t even acknowledge me. It’s frustrating when you’re at the airport and you can’t get somebody who is at least friendly. I was there at 6:30 on September 8. Only one guy at the counter.
I would give 0 stars if I could. We waited 40 mins for 5 chicken tenders and some fries. Horrible service

Just paid $21.85 for a bacon cheese burger, fries and a coke. It was the smallest, driest, most bland burger patty ever, and maybe about half a slice of bacon. I give the 1 star because the fries were not bad. Will never set foot in a Burgerfi again.
