Definitely the best spot for a chicken sandwich at FLL. Taste far better than Burger King. In addition, the lines are shorter, quieter area, and the have a very clean dining area. Service only took 8 minutes to get a piping hot crispy chicken sandwich.

Standard fast food sandwich... The CEO Burger is good but it wasn't that hot... Considering the preparation and delivery time (which was extremely quick) I could definitely stay a few seconds longer... Now the fries are sensational and congratulations are to be congratulated ( in the photo I ordered the large option on another account)

I have a severe egg allergy so I requested no sauce (Mayo based sauces have eggs in them). They put sauce all over my burger so obviously I had to return it. The lady ARGUED with me nearly yelling that I never said no sauce and said “OH MY GOD” and rolled her eyes when I told her I did. I can’t believe she would treat a human being, let alone a paying customer, that way. Allergies should be taken seriously.

Read all the other reviews prior to going...Had the double bacon cheeseburger. Good, but small in my opinion, but that's what you get for the price as pictured. Slow service and unfortunately you may order an item and they'll be out of it, and then they'll just substitute it without telling you. If you're out of an item that's fine, but say something! Don't let us pay for it then have to go back to get a refund. Know what you have in stock. Communication!

While it took only 2 minutes to order, it took almost 30 minutes to get our food. There was no hustle in the kitchen. They proceeded to get most of the order wrong, but by then a huge order line had formed and they weren't able to assist. So we just have to chalk it up as a loss.

Placed an order before they closed never received my food and I was refused a refund. Horrible nasty customer service and would recommend everyone avoid this place since they’re stealing money from customers. Also the manager and cashier refused to give me either of their names or an explanation as to what happened. I’ll definitely be contacting someone from corporate so they can hopefully rectify this situation and prevent it from happening to anyone else!

Charged 9.99 for a 500 ml bottle of water. Cost of the water was more than the breakfast sandwich. This is crazy, and then the payment screen asks for a tip. Never again will I stop at Burgerfi. Here is your tip stop ripping off the traveler. I asked for a manager, and the employee just walked away.
