“Came in several times and always excellent quality and so fresh. Falaffels one of the best ever, vegan burger delish, vegan banana bread amazing. Staff is always friendly as well. And we roast our own coffee (picky) and forgot to bring some on our trip - this is roasted very well, good balance of dark enough and still can get the fruit notes.

You lost 3 customers on drive through, it was empty inside NO EXCUSE FOR MAKING US WAIT FOR 5 MINUTES PLUS. When I told her she was nasty, defensive and all she had left to say was "if u don't like it don't come back" her attitude emplied that. Your customers pay their salaries, this is the 3rd bad experience I have had in your bakery. You need to hire and train your staff, hire individuals that know how to treat customers. Train them properly. This young lady thinks as many new cuban comers "THEY DO NOT CARE HOW CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE TREARED." If she cannot handle customers or she is lazy YOUR BUSINESS WILL GO DOWN THE DRAUN! Your pastries, food are greate, but your employees are HORRIFIC!
