We had dinner at Calusso last night and the whole experience was OUTSTANDING. Service was outstanding. Our waitress, Victoria, was very knowledgeable of the menus. Chef Efrain was exceptional and made our entire experience memorable. The food was delicious, the views were beautiful....everything about this place was amazing.

Calusso offers a unique fine-dining experience with beautiful ambience, located inside the Pier 66 hotel with amazing water views. The service is outstanding, attentive, and flawless, with a knowledgeable wait staff providing spot-on recommendations. The ambiance has a legit Michelin-level feel. The chef-curated plates are beautifully presented and everything is bursting with flavor. Dishes are delicious, with specific highlights including the melt-in-your-mouth burrata, Caesar salad, lobster mafalde, Iberia pluma, scallops, hamachi, Foie Gras Torchon, cod, and Le Burger. The Harbour Hour is also available. Portions can be smaller, such as with the mushroom tortellini, and the restaurant is pricey, but the experience is generally considered worth it. The overall experience is amazing, wonderful, memorable, and effortless from start to finish, with many guests planning to return.
