been here many times the food is consistently good our server unfortunately kept trying to rush us and as well would recommend bringing the DJ back. Birthday desserts were a nice display?

Loved this place! The food is so tasty. The tuna tartare had something at the bottom I'm not sure what it was but it was so unique and amazing. I had a delicious drink with jalapeños. The service was perfect. Definitely a place to bring friends for a fun night out. There's also a small speakeasy in the back that we discovered with a tequila bar that is just gorgeous. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back many times.

I sat at the bar and ate dinner. Julia, the bartender, was fantastic. I'll be back! :)

Service was shockingly casual. Not expecting white glove service, but at least a minimum amount of curtesy and professionalism. Way too indifferent for our dining experience. Would not return based on that alone. This isn’t Taco Cantina, have some sense of pride for your work. PS - chicken tinga was more spicy than advertised .

Excellent food and service. Great atmosphere. The hidden tequila bar/lounge in the back is a must see.

Great food, relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. What more could you ask for in the highly competitive South Florida restaurant market.

Canyon. A story of a restaurant gone wrong. What was once my absolute favorite restaurant in South Florida is now one I will sadly not return to again. The original location had its charm. The new location and ownership worked out its kinks over time but maintained the same amazing menu until recently. The new menu that launched since my last visit just months ago is just awful a complete overpriced downgrade. From a culinary standpoint the food is a complete disappointment. They even screwed up the legendary bread pudding. It should be renamed stale pudding. I hope the owners realize their mistakes and bring back the restaurant we all know and love.

Chose Canyon to celebrate a birthday with a party of 5. Restaurant offered valet parking for $6 which was reasonable. Liked the ambience of the restaurant. We went on a Tuesday night so it was not crowded. Evan, our server, was attentive and explained the food and wine specials. For starters, we ordered the Calamari and Tuna Tartare. For drinks we ordered the Prickly Pear Margarita and the Mango Mojito which were great! Some of the dishes ordered for dinner were the Short Rib Rigatoni, Short Rib Tostada and Beef Tenderloin Tacos. The Chocolate Bread pudding for dessert did not disappoint! Overall it was a great dining experience!

This restaurant was a couple of blocks from The Oasis, our hotel. We had a reservation, and when we got there, there were some large parties in the main part of this place. We were escorted to a back bar, with tables. The room was stunning! We had the entire room to ourselves, and very personalized service. The food was divine! I had a non-alcoholic mojito that was great. We plan to return next time we are in the area.

Our server Evan was outstanding! Helpful with suggestions, catered to our group of girls and was attentive and friendly. The chef topped off our meal with a complimentary key lime flan that was out of this world

We are 4 private club Chefs. For starters we had Cobia Crudo, Short Rib Tostada, Beef Tenderloin Tacos, Duck Birria Tacos and the special appetizer of Conch Fritters. All were outstanding. The Duck Birria Tacos were our favorite if we had to choose only one. For Entrees we had the Beef Tenderloin Burrito, Short Rib Rigatoni and the Lomo Saltado. All very much enjoyed. Chef thinks outside the box as items you may have had elsewhere such as the Crudo and the Burrito were far from the norm but in a great way! Very thoughtful and inventive dessert menu! White Chocolate Bread Pudding is worth every calorie! Flan and Grand Canyon great as well! Fantastic specialty drink list was definitely put together with extremely creative passion and pride! Spice of Life, Prickly Pear Margarita, Tunnel Vision, Bad Hombre, and to accompany dessert, Bad Moon Rising! All were perfectly balanced, could taste each ingredient and thoughtful garnish. Our server was fantastic with great energy on a Monday night! Highly recommend Canyon for high end Southwestern dining!

As a long time lover of the old Canyon, I was disappointed to see how much the menu had changed and how many personal favorites were no longer available. The restaurant was surprisingly quiet, yet the service was far from great and the entrees took much longer than expected. 3 of the 4 in our party enjoyed the food, while my husband really didn't. Unfortunately, unless we hear things have changed, we won't likely return.

I don't know what happened, but this place isn't the same. Wife and I paid over $50 for a Sea Bass that hold no flavor. It was spicy but no flavor. The food here used to be incredible. The appetizer was underwhelming as well. This was our first time back after they finished the renovations. Something changed here just not sure what. Disappointing.

Always great food and service here! I’m not a fan of live music, but it is always nice here. Try the prickly pear margarita and the scallops! Can’t wait to go back!
