The food is so good!!! I do love the ambiance of this place. The only thing is that I wish they would be a little more generous with their wine pour... Service has always been great also....

Valentino Canyon: where the symphony of flavors clashes with the cacophony of chaos, and the valet service performs a tragicomedy that steals the show. The dining experience was a loud affair, reminiscent of trying to converse in the midst of a roaring waterfall. Amidst this auditory assault, we navigated a culinary landscape that was a mixed bag. The beef tenderloin burrito was as uninspiring as a forgotten understudy, and my drink was as bland as a washed-out watercolor painting. Service crawled along at a snail's pace, though the mac 'n' cheese did provide a brief interlude of creamy delight. But the grand finale, the pièce de résistance of this chaotic performance, was the valet service – a masterclass in absurdity. Picture this: I park my car, minding my own business, only to be ambushed by a valet with the fervor of a Shakespearean villain, demanding my keys for a service I never requested. As I entered the restaurant, a hidden sign revealed the $6 fee for this unsolicited performance. The plot thickened upon our departure when the valet, now transformed into a relentless gatekeeper, demanded cash as if we were in a Dickensian drama. My attempts to pay with a card were met with a steadfast refusal, and there we stood, in a standoff worthy of a Western showdown, over the ransom for my own vehicle. In this theatre of the absurd, Valentino Canyon takes the stage with a performance that oscillates between culinary highs and service lows, with the valet service delivering a finale that ensures my applause will be reserved for establishments that understand the art of hospitality.

The prickly pear margarita was outstanding! But more outstanding was the service Ronnie (pardon spelling) provided. He was so friendly and helpful. He really knew the menu well. We definitely want to come back!

I am a local. It was so bad, I don’t even have the energy to write a full review for it nor does it deserve my time. I won’t be returning , waste of a

Upon my arrival, I was greeted professionally, very nice, and was made very comfortable by Pilar and ayrthon greeted me and made me feel like I was at home. He made me a cuppa butter and offered me a seat while I wait for my job application to arrive to me. The food that was being prepared. Smelt really great.

Usually love Canyon but this visit was a disappointment. Some dishes were not hot-not even warm. The shrimp and grits were really poor. There was also a long wait between courses. Our server was excellent and the lobster nachos were outstanding.

Really enjoyed Toni the hostess. Don't lose her ! She is so nice and professional. Lisa bartender also great @ tequila bar. Melia our waitress was so incredible. Great experience overall. Only thing I would change is potato chips with seared tuna app.... Not that great. Our dinners were good ?? thx for a nice evening.., the staff made it !!!

Had reservations here for Valentines Day. It was incredibly loud, disorganized and slow. After having reservations we ended up waiting for our table and didn’t get an appetizer until an hour after we arrived. I want to love this place but they were a mess. The staff was frazzled, yelling at the chefs. They were clearly not prepared for the holiday. Definitely not the Valentines dinner we were expecting. Left without having dessert too chaotic!!

Canyon was FABULOUS! My boyfriend accidentally made our reservation for the wrong date, but the hostess was willing to squeeze us in. We ended up sitting at the bar though, (next to the small band) with José as our bartender — he was pure perfection. He was very friendly and accommodating. Everything we ate was delicious. We will 100% be back.

Food was just ok. Tuna Tartar was very salty. Fillet Mignon was pretty good. The noise level was a major turn off. We debated taking the main course home because we couldn't stand the noise any longer. Couldn't hear the person sitting 1.5 feet away.

Food was decent. There were a lot of options at the salad bar. Some of the meat was inedibly raw. As a rare/medium rare steak person, that is a statement. The pieces that were properly cooked and the chimichurri were excellent. All of the servers were kind and accommodating but Gabriel went above and beyond for us.

The food was fabulous. Other than that, no conversation was heard. The music WAY too loud. This was a birthday party with out of state family members, and no one could talk.
