I usually love to come here. I just spent $75 for two platters of sandwiches and coffee. I asked for a cup of ice because I don’t like hot coffee and they tell me they are not allowed to give out a cup of ice!? This is ridiculous. I’ve never heard of such a thing. Something so petty and dumb will keep me from ever coming back.

Ordered a chicken malinesa plate, and received a breaded chicken, I asked the assistant and her reply was that’s what is.
A CHICKEN MALINESA HAS CHEESE, HAM & SAUCE..
other wise I would had asked for a breaded chicken…need to get your plates together
Tables dirty, nasty, filty….

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The service is terrible. The food is bland, and the coffee is made with very little care. They get it wrong almost every time. Also they change employees like they refill the napkin station.

The food is OK, but this place is severely understaffed. I wonder if they realize they may get more sales by having a full-time cashier. I’ve watched people walk out because the line was ridiculously long. It took me 15 minutes to order.

I usually don’t leave review but I wasted my money here. Horrible food I just got my order and I can’t eat this at all everything is disgusting.

This bakery is exceptional; I frequent it during my stays in Fort Lauderdale. Their pastries are superior, perfectly baked unlike many Cuban bakeries that overcook theirs. The generous portions and delicious taste are noteworthy.

Food was good but the cashier that was there was just talking nonstop with another customer I waited 20 min for her to finish and then she saw me there and left to do something else instead of taking my order, very rude.

They deserve every five star review that they have…

Every morning when I come inside, the girls are always happy and greeting you with a friendly smile. If they mess up anything on a drink, they are always more than happy to fix it without having an attitude. The pastries are delicious and the place is always very clean.

I also appreciate the fact that they cover the Cake slices with plastic on the side so that they don’t get stale and dry. A lot of Cuban bakeries don’t do that. I just love coming here. Thanks guys.
