Just picked up an order. When I arrived I noticed both employees were bickering about orders. Our orders we all wrong, we ordered egg whites and got regular egg, bagels were not correct and on top of that we paid extra for your In corrections.
Won’t other again.

The place is small and would have been perfect for a quick grab and go place. However the food is subpar plain and boring. Not worth the cost to be honest. I ordered the club and it was boring and the bread had a weird taste to it. I also asked for a pumpkin muffin but they didn’t have it. So I asked for a banana which they didn’t have so finally I said their carrot would be fine. I didn’t like the vibes of the guy making my sandwich he seemed annoyed and not happy to be there. I left and when I got back to work to eat I noticed he gave me a chocolate muffin. Which didn’t surprise me since he didn’t even know what kind he had in stock. Do not recommend at all. Make your own sandwiches or bagels or go elsewhere.

Cure little spot on the way to work! Grabbed a dozen bagels for the fellas on a Friday, they have an awesome deal on a dozen with a couple tubs of cream cheese, was very quick and convenient to get in and out of on a busy intersection, which was nice.

They forgot to give us one of our bagel sandwiches that we ordered and paid for as well as insulting my wife and messing up our drink order.

Got a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel not at all what I expected. Sausage horrible and not sure of the eggs. I guess I expected the eggs to be made fresh not an egg patty like a fast food place. Also the woman behind the counter made me feel like I was bothering her asking for a bagel. Not a people person at all.

They forget items when you order on door dash. Ruined my morning

Tiny little place. Had the plain bagel with cream cheese. It was ok, for sure better than the other corporate chain bagel companies we have in Broward. Would have liked a little more flavor and a softer bagel. If I go back, I’ll try a seasoned bagel see if that’s better.

horrible attitude of the old lady.
The old lady at the front counter is one of the rudest persons I’ve ever encountered. Yelled and screamed at my mom when she asked how long would the order take. Curse words and more yelling ensued. Regardless of how the food is. I’d advise everybody to skip this place. A person that rude deserves no support from the local Ft. Lauderdale community.

For starters the shop is tiny and you have to move around when people are coming in and out. I don't think the Old Lady behind the counter ever washes her hands or uses gloves. She takes the bagel and throws it into the bagel slicer. The last wo times I've been there, My stomach has been upset and after ingesting the bagel and how they have been handled I can see why. Won't be returning.

Capital Bagel on Commercial and Andrews Ave is my go-to for fresh, delicious bagels. They’re always on point — soft inside, just the right chew, and packed with flavor. You can tell they take pride in what they bake.
The staff has always been nice when I visit and very quick to get my order ready.
However, the coffee pricing is way off. I paid $5.10 for a medium, which is more than Starbucks at $3.16. For a local spot, that’s a tough pill to swallow. Definitely something they should reconsider.
Also, keep in mind this is strictly a takeout spot — no seating available. Perfect for a quick grab-and-go breakfast, but not the place to sit down and enjoy.

went to this bagel place this morning and was really disappointed. The staff had a bad attitude especially the old lady —no greeting, no smile, just seemed annoyed to be there. On top of that, my bagel was completely burned and barely edible. Not the way to start the day. Won’t be coming back.
