Hello it's incredible that to open a cd account they had to verify my identity, I went from far just to open an account,and just because I don't had my physical social I couldn’t open it, terrible service.

The employees are very welcoming. From the security guards and staff they are top tier in service. They know my drink on the daily Matcha w/ Oat milk and lots of vanilla. Work space is clean and spacious. Big thanks to Chris & Edwards!

Love this place. Work from the cafe often and the people are great here and coffee is probably the best on las olas imo.. not a great place to do calls unless you have good noise suppression.

Jessica was amazing, as was Flo. They were extremely helpful and assisted me with an issue I am having with a check. The atmosphere in this establishment was also very nice and relaxing. They are GREAT at their jobs!!

Anything that has capital one association is absolute garbage. Save your time and money and just go with anyone besides this carrier.

I love coming here, the people who work here are always helpful. The only problem I have is that there
are a couple of homeless people that spend all day here. I don't have a problem with them spending time out of the heat, but they smell so bad! I can't enjoy my drinks or food.

Such a welcoming experience for CapitalOne customers and non-customers! They are giving out free drinks daily for the World Series too. Nice, cool spot to chill after walking the Las Olas strip!

This normally a quite cafe, great for working/studying. I’m really surprised that the bank representatives’ loud talking and laughing dominated the cafe today at several different occasions. Very disappointing

A company stole money on my debit card, I opened dispute the denied my case, don’t open checking account in capital one they are associating with scammers to scam your debit card.
