The food is decent and the daily deliveries is a plus. Most food delivery companies only deliver once a week which I do not like. the problem I have with this company is that their packaging is totally unconscious and bad for the planet. The boxes that the food comes in are number five plastic, which is not recyclable. Every food delivery has a throwaway cooler pack. They could easily have reusable cooler packs that could be returned, cleaned, and reused. cook unity uses Recyclable cardboard food boxes, which are much much better. This company can definitely do better with their packaging.

I got sick from the food on the first day after it was delivered. It was delivered by UPS and was clearly not kept cold enough by the packaging. They also packed it in a narrow and tall box and UPS dropped it at my door lying on its side, so all the meals were mixed together into mush. The food doesn’t even taste good. Straight in the garbage.

Super pleased with the service and overall meals! I've been looking for a meal option for both myself and partner (who eats an absurd amount) that makes sense for our different eating habits. It's been great with the different meal options and portion sizing. Delivery has been on point!
Did have a slight hiccup with getting regular vs. athlete being delivered BUT it happens!! I called and they were quick to fix it and give a refund. Overall great experience so far and excited to keep using.

I would never ever order from a company who has been contacted a number of times about their drivers, not only speeding down residential roads as if they're Mario Andretti, but continually driving over property that doesn't belong to them! I have spoken to a number of individuals at the company itself as well as politely asking the driver to not speed and not drive over grass that doesn't belong to them to destroy. Yet, to date the driver continues to do the same! I wouldn't care if their food was the best food in the world, I'll never order from a company that doesn't respect the neighborhoods and the customers of which they deliver to. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

My wife got me a weeks plan of meals for Father’s Day. The meals were so convenient and delicious I signed up and have been getting meal delivery ever since. Each week the menu is delicious and with a great variety to choose from. Anytime I had an issue which has been rare customer service was very helpful and provided a solution on the spot. ???? to your meals, selection, delivery and customer service!!
