*THEY HIDE BAD REVIEWS & FAKE GOOD REVIEWS* I am deeply troubled by the appalling treatment my girlfriend endured at Caviar & Caviar. It's disheartening to learn how she was subjected to discrimination and disrespect throughout her entire interview process. And now we’re receiving threats of getting stabbed because Ashley is angry.Upon her arrival, instead of being greeted warmly, she was made to wait for an excessive amount of time, with staff members repeatedly questioning her presence and even insinuating that she may have been in the wrong place. This lack of basic courtesy and professionalism is simply unacceptable.Furthermore, the presence of a cat inside the building, not only potentially violating food regulations but also being allowed to interact with random customers while my girlfriend was warned not to touch it, highlights the utter disregard for both hygiene standards and fairness in their workplace.During the interview, the discriminatory behavior only escalated. Despite my girlfriend's well-diversified experience, she was met with skepticism and disdain from Ashley, the interviewer. Ashley not only refused to believe in my girlfriend's qualifications but also neglected to conduct a background check to verify her past work experience, despite my girlfriend offering it as a gesture to address Ashley's rude demeanor.Adding insult to injury, random customers were allowed to pet the cat freely, while my girlfriend was abruptly warned that the cat was not friendly when it approached her. This differential treatment only underscores the discriminatory and prejudiced atmosphere my girlfriend had to endure.Overall, the deplorable conduct displayed by Caviar & Caviar, from their discriminatory treatment to their disregard for basic hygiene standards, is completely reprehensible. I strongly urge others to reconsider supporting a company that clearly lacks respect for its potential employees and fails to uphold even the most fundamental standards of professionalism .

The customer service and products here are excellent. While I've ordered several items, the salmon roe was my favorite. I would go so far as to say you haven't tried salmon roe until you've had theirs. I'm also still dreaming about the wasabi tobiko. Thanks for your amazing service and making my holiday parties so memorable. I'll be ordering again soon.

The customer service experience here is below par due to bad management. Ashley the manager is inattentive and the staff is oblivious. There is also some potential food violations, especially for people allergic to animals.
