Shipped perishables without tracking. Package sat on my porch for a whole day before I saw it. Everything was warm. They wont refund. They should provide tracking!
I am very impressed with my order. The amount I got for the price is unmatched. Just know that the wasabi caviar is spicy! The wasabi caviar from this place is the real deal unlike the world market. I will be a returning customer.

Bemka is my go-to place for high quality caviar and other luxury foods. They have a wide variety of caviar to choose from, and each one is more delicious than the next. Customer care is top-notch. They're knowledgeable about the products and always willing to assist me with my order. I send family and friends the gourmet gift baskets for special occasions and everybody loves them!

Tasty caviar. However when I place an order on Thursday and you charge me overnight shipping and let me choose the date I expect the package delivered next day. If not, u need to refund the charge. Package was delivered Tuesday. Not acceptable.
Items shipped were completely defrosted. Shrimp smelled of ammonia and caviar never arrived. Requested a refund and sent pictures but they simply ghosted me. Have been ordering from them for years…will find another distributor as the quality of service has gone down the tubes.
