We were staying in a hotel across the street and stopped here for a quick lunch. A cheeseburger was $19 and did not include fries. For $19 I received a frozen patties and bottle of great value ketchup. My wife has a BLT, also $19 with one small piece of tomato and cold toast. Do not go here for food.

SCAM ALERT WHEN PAYING THE BILL

An issue regarding a billing error that occurred during my husband’s visit to this restaurant last Tuesday, when he dined with his parents.

After they had paid, signed the receipt, and confirmed that the transaction had gone through (including receiving the SMS notification and seeing the charge posted in our American Express app), the manager approached my husband claiming there had been a mistake. He explained that the waiter, named Dani, had made an error and that the original transaction had been canceled. My husband was then asked to swipe his card again for the same amount — $128.78 — which he did at 5:17 PM. Firts one was at 3:41 PM.

The manager assured him that the first transaction would be canceled within three business days and that only the second charge would remain.

Unfortunately, this has not been the case. At this moment, not only is the $128.78 charge showing on our card, but the original charge was not canceled and is actually showing up as double the amount ($257.56). We are now being charged three times the correct price, which is an absurd.

I have attempted to contact the restaurant and the hotel multiple times, but have not been able to reach anyone. This is revolting, especially since the manager had guaranteed my husband that we could reach out for assistance if any problems arose.

The Hotel Manager only says the restaurant is a third party and she only transfers the call to a number that noone never answered.

We STRONGLY RECOMEND: STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT AND HOTEL.

I ordered a parfait and got yougurt from a can with blue berries and strawberries with a bit of rasin and granolla that didnt have any flavor and was chewy, my school has better parfaits

This is THE worst restaurant I've EVER been to. Not only is the food quality extremely bad, it is also crazy overpriced (spend $80 on a simple lunch for 2 ppl....) and the service is the worst service I've ever seen at a restaurant. The 2 servers that we spoke to were plain rude and looked annoyed by my food allergy request. Despite insisting multiple times that I have a severe dairy allergy, they brought me a plate with BLUE CHEESE SAUCE on it! If I hadn't been careful and ate the salad right away, it could've been dangerous... The rest of the food was frozen and canned food. Even the fries were undercooked (how hard is it to mess up frozen fries?). The fish tasted rotten and I had to spit it out (I had never ever done that in my life before at a restaurant). 0/10. Would NEVER come back here again. If you're staying at the hotel, go eat outside and avoid this place at all cost, do no waste your money there.

Natasha took such good care of us!!! She’s AMAZING and made our trip that much better!! I had the breakfast included w/my room and it was worth it come every morning and have my cappuccino ready for me. Just enough food too to keep one full for the day. I would recommend getting sourdough and rye toast but honestly all around great place to eat and no waiting time. Nothing like relaxing on the beach eating a beautiful breakfast.

great place to start your day off beach side. I am going to make this review short. the staff is 10/10 amazing, they are so welcoming and friendly. Natasha needs a raise because she goes above and beyond. breakfast is just as you would expect, good. the only gripe i have is that everything is a bit pricey. but other than that, its a pleasant experience.

Vacationed here for a long weekend and spent a lot of time at the pool bar. Laura in particular was amazing but I enjoyed the atmosphere, the service, and the general attitude of the staff. They were friendly and cordial and showed the perfect level of professionalism and banter. It was great.

Would have been ok, however after waiting a while while customers after us receiving their food first, we inquired about our order. What made it worst is after the inquiry, customers after us continued to get their food first before us....They should've made us priority after inquiring about our order, but that didn't happen which we definitely felt mistreated. Then you would assume that the food would be world class to make up for the long delay, but it wasn't. Hopefully others will have better experience than we did, but I would avoid if you don't want your vacation experience ruined!!!

Lara, Ollie and Declan provided me with the best service and some of the best drinks I’ve ever had. They are Super fast, and friendly. Food came out quick and was delicious. 10/10
