We called the police for assistance, and the staff's behavior was appalling. The person who was there was incredibly rude and uncooperative. Despite the police asking for the security recordings, he claimed that the cameras weren't recording. This lack of transparency and security is alarming—you don't feel protected at all.
The customer service was the worst I've ever encountered. Not only were they dishonest, but when I requested a refund, the staff member got visibly angry and made the situation even more uncomfortable.
After reading other reviews, it seems this place has a history of poor service and subpar products. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable and trustworthy bakery. This place is not worth your time or money.

I ordered a heart shape cake with black frosting. Design and pearls with edible glitter on top with strawberry filling. The cake was dry and had no filling at all. I will not ever order from here ever again. Disappointing!!!

I ordered cookies and icing for an event for the kids to decorate them and I ordered 5 bags of each Color of icing… I pick it up and find the icing was all packages from Walmart !! The price is high and quality is clearly horrible.

Walked in to their showcase of beautiful pastries cookies. All their homemade breads from rye, poppy, so many to mention, and a Kaiser rolls oh mine. We went for breakfast they have no tapwater only bottled water. I had a ham and egg on a roll the ham had a little crunch to it it was very nice and my husband had a two egg omelette with bacon doesn’t come with anything but you really didn’t need ,they do put a bread bowl in front with a couple different types of delicious bread will definitely be back

Shame on this company for ruining my cake cutting experience at my wedding. They delivered the wrong flavor cake for my wedding. I did not like the flavor and neither did my guests. The cake was dry and wasn’t good.

What a fun, cute bakery, deli and cafe! The gala behind the counter could not have been more friendly or helpful! We ordered some bread, pastries etc to go, then had lunch. Delish! No bells or whistles just good old fashioned German food! Bread served with butter to die for! I had the kasse spaetzle with a delicious side salad my friend had a beautiful Turkey sandwich and we shared a yummy slice of Black Forest cake. If you’re looking for good hearty bread this is your stop, but at 1 pm, they had maybe 6 loaves left so be early! Seems it’s a hidden gem for bread and other goodies. They also carry a nice assortment of German products. I highly recommend this cafe and bakery.
