I’ve been a loyal customer at Charley’s, ordering almost daily. However, I’ve consistently faced disappointment as my requests for extra veggies are never fulfilled. It’s disheartening to pay regularly and not receive the desired service. I genuinely love Charley’s, but this ongoing issue is making the experience less enjoyable. I hope the management takes note and works on improving customer satisfaction.

Service was horrible. Place was not clean. I should have just left. Ordered two sandwiches and went home. How this place is still in business is mind boggling. They won’t be for long. I sent a email and picture of food I received said I would hear back. Never heard anything. 25.00 down the drain. Save your money and go to Miami subs. Much better.

Cheesesteak was good 8 out of 10, loaded fries good 9-10. $20 for cheesesteak sandwich, loaded fries and medium soda. Cashier was very helpful and nice however I paid with a cc and when I went to sign they give you the option to tip!!! (It’s a fast food restaurant) I opted not to tip, this made me feel like I shouldn’t stay and eat at the restaurant and the cashiers demeanor changed and I felt uncomfortable. I’ll go again but only thru drive thru

Despite how gross yhe exterior looks, the Old School cheesesteak is legitimately delicious.Fit some reason, though, they serve it in the box open faced, which lets all of the heat escape if you’re taking it to go. As soon as they hand it to me, I open the box and fold it closed. Otherwise, you’ll need to put it in the oven if you want it warm.Very fast drive thru.
I thought this would be a good addition to fast food options - and it should be - However, Mgmt appears to be lacking. So many times cars have to wait for a VERY long time to get their orders - I see them even drive off because they are fed up with the wait. I am sure this is a drain on food costs. The BIG issue is that they only have 1 cook on per shift. It dsnt make a difference if you go in or not - as it is still just 1 Cook. Lots of peeps to take the orders - but what difference does that make when there is still ONE COOK!! There is a drive thru for a reason - one expects quick service....Hire another cook and lessen the other prep staff!! Otherwise customers will just continue to drive away......AND in the last month or so, the food is not being seasoned properly - very bland...I would rather drive out of my way to the Broward Mall for a good Charley's sandwich....

The staff were helpful and nice. The service was quick and of quality. Easy to order and the food was fresh, tasty and prepared quickly. The restrooms were clean which is IMPORTANT. The store was clean and the hand sanitizers were fully stocked.
