Terrible customer service i came to pick up a order and was rude as soon as people walked in she yelled across telling them not to walk there her name is iyunna then she was yelling at everyone else the way she was telling people to wait wasn’t in a very nice manner im very disappointed and would never come back to this place . absolutely no manners or respect for others.

Ordered a cheese steak and got somethings else. I could barely see any steak so so much bread and done so lazy. Terrible just terrible. Spoke to the manager and she could care less. She did nothing to fix the issue. Who wants a bread sandwhich? No one if you go check your food.

Tried this out for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the staff and food quality!

In this shopping complex most of the restaurants have terrible rude staff- Krispy Kreme, chipotle, wingstop all rude. Thankfully Charleys is great and I’ll be back for sure!

I’m sorry but this was by far the most worst place to eat. I took break at work to come here and grab some lunch real quick. Staff was nice. But the food was not good. I ordered lemon peppers wings with fries and a drink. The chicken was very rubbery and chewy as if it wasn’t cooked all the way. I always am fine at my job after my break. After I ate this I threw up the rest of my shift at work with a really bad stomach pain. As if I had got food poisoning from here!! I do not recommend at all.

I ordered a sandwich with no veggies, the lady at the front asked if I wanted lettuce and tomatoes I said no, no veggies. They put lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich anyways and refused to make it again or give me a refund because they said “You should’ve asked for no toppings because we consider lettuce and tomatoes toppings” horrible service, I honestly can’t believe they are still open.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak no mushrooms.. they continued to put them on the sub. After bringing it back 3 times. I asked for my money back. They told me I had to wait for a manager.. I will never return to this location.
