I ordered the Philly cheesesteak with extra onions and mushrooms. I found 1 onion and 3 small slices of mushrooms and zero bell pepper. Sandwich was dry. Meat had a good flavor but was dry. Fries were good.

Just to make sure, this shop was inside of Walmart on SW Broward. I happened to be in the store w/my neighbor & decided to try one of these cheese steaks. Without a doubt, this was the worse cheese steak sandwich I have ever tried to eat. I don't believe the meat was even cooked half way. The pickle was inside the sandwich, not placed on the side as I was expecting. On a positive note, the service & the french fries were great and served hot - as I like them. This was a good thing as I could not eat the Cheese Steak sandwich.
My first at Charley's. Great food terrible customer service. I asked to use the bathroom and she said no I just cleaned it. REALLY!!!!!! I placed two orders small Philly everything and regular Philly no mushrooms no green peppers they messed that up too. Thanks tho liked the food not the service. Zero stars for customer

Ordered a regular cheesesteak 2x extra meat. Turns out the sandwich comes with 2 Oz and each extra meat were 1oz each. They scamming yall with 4 Oz of meat for $17. 3rd bad experience with this franchise. Got my refund and will never be back..4oz meat for $17. Lmao
