I went to checkers to the window, stand for 20 minutes. No one offered to take our order while we standing outside. We can see all the activities going inside the restaurant. Which was absolutely nothing. It was just all the employees talking to each other and hanging out. on the other side, there was two junkie/crackheads outside, The chef that was on the other window, clapping the junkies hand with the same glove he went back and make the burgers with. The junkies kept screaming the employee’s name throughout the window. It was very unprofessional and very disgusting. I really do think the health inspector need to pay a visit to this location at this point I don’t even know why is this location still open. This location is the exact recipe for disaster!! I wish they would hire professional young people, they have a whole bunch of Hood lamps working, what you expect? And this exact message is going to copy and paste to HR just so y’all aware.

If I could give them no stars I would. My family and I went to this location and the lady that was working had an attitude the whole time. When she gave us our food she forgot to put the sauce in the bag. I went up to the window to ask for the sauce and she tried to charge me .17 cents for something that was supposed to be free with the meal. I said that it wasn't put in the bag and she had the audacity to say (with an attitude) that you have to ask for it or we charge you. I told her that I have been coming there for the longest (years) and was never told that. You guys really need to retrain some of your employees (including the managers) because having that type of nasty attitude is unacceptable. I could see if I had said or done something wrong, but this lady should not be working on customer service. For the past month a lot of the employees have shown that they do not belong in the customer service industry. I will personally be calling your corporate office today.

Probably one of the worse Checker’s we’ve been to. Ignoring the fact that they got our order wrong, they completely botched the sandwiches we got. They had zero interest in providing us with solutions or a decent service. The attitude we got was ridiculous. The two gurls working were slammed while one guy was outside what I assume was on his break smoking weed. Avoid this place at all costs.
I went there to try 5 Dollar bag with the double cheeseburger and the chicken sandwich but guess what I didn’t get a double cheeseburger. I got a hamburger. The chicken was hard as hell you couldn’t eat A waste of my money never going back

I didn’t want the apple pies anymore and someone had their phone sitting in the food line ?.
