The absolute rudest service I've ever experienced. The AI that takes the order for it wrong and instead of trying to correct it all I got from the cashier was a lecture about how I should order and the window slammed in my face. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

As I told my husband this is why I stop coming to this checkers on sunrise Blvd worst customer service food is horrible $17 NEVER AGAIN don't mind paying for good food and service but this is the WORST don't know how they are still in business went over my order 3 times at the window got home no apple pie that I paid for JUST RIGHT OUT DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTED!!!with all these negative reviews you think the owner would care but I guess not

Worst experience in The world 145 min waiting on a dam burger this place neeed to get shut down
I will never even think of choosing this over McDonalds across the street again. We ordered 2X 3 pieces chicken tender menus and we watched the employee toss every single item in the fryer one piece after the previous was finished. In between he was scrolling on his phone. After about 17 minutes ppl began yelling at us from cars behind us…when I asked the female employee what the holdup was, she said her colleague did everything the way he was supposed to. I asked both of them for their names, which they both refused to give, she also became extremely argumentative… fries were cold, 20 minutes had passed and no sauces were in the bags. Absolutely incompetent.

SPOILED CHICKEN SANDWICH. Went thru drive thru. Had to wait 30 mins for food and they were just conversating and laughing amongst each other. They threw the food in the bag. Sandwiches weren't together AND tasted absolutely rotten. Zero stars

I ordered at 940 pm. My bus came at 955pm. I still didn't get my order. 3 cars came after me and got their order. The guy In Front of me ( who i order after) got his order. I sat at the window and watched them make their food. I left without mines. I ordered the t-pain value meal and only got my soda. Sad and disappointed with this. No one should have to wait thay long for a value meal they are promoting.
