The guy at the cashier grabbed my phone when I used Apple Pay, no gloves. And then went ahead and kept his hands on top of my fries , the same he grabbed my phone with. Imagine the cash and the phones he touches during his shift. I went there Saturday around 6:18 pm. I wonder if he puts his finger in my soda too?

This manager is very unprofessional sitting in the line for over 40 minutes.. No cars have moved. Need someone else to manage this location because the wait time is ridiculous. No customer service and just rude. Ordered my food on one side and had to wait on the other side for 40 plus minutes… They need help real bad

I went to order a burger and noticed they had a new item on the menu. It stated special sauce, so I asked the person taking my order what is in the special sauce? They refused to tell me. I said I just want to make sure I'm not allergic to any of the ingredients and they still refused to tell me. Wouldn't even say the color it was. So, I left and went elsewhere. Very disrespectful and horrible customer service.

this location is close to my work, Lordy its horrible customer service with dismissive behavior they want you to back up your car to get off the timer or pull forward to get off the timer. I did it 3x times in my food still was not ready once I receive my food. It was cold and nasty so why was I waiting over 20 minutes for it? No one knows.
