Ridiculously slow service for a simple order

First time visiting here and I was absolutely blown away both by the customer service and how phenomenal the bagels were. There was a line, but the staff was quick, efficient, and very friendly - especially Darlene (I think that was her name? Short, dark hair). She went above and beyond!!! The only issue was that some meathead jock in line was being being a baby because he couldn't get his muffins. Guess that's what happens when you take steroids. Anyways, I'll definitely be coming back.

Rude staff, especially the older short lady with dark hair. She always seems overwhelmed. I came in today and the cashier said there were more muffins in the oven. I asked how long until they are ready, short old rude lady came out with an attitude and screamed NO MUFFINS , and when I explained to her she was rude she continued to tell me to shut up. I’ve been a regular customer here for years. I won’t be coming back. All the staff changed except for her, and she is the rudest one there. I visited on 3/2 @ 10:15 am.
I ordered from this place on DoorDash. I asked for a muffin which they no longer had available. THEY CALLED ME TO ASK WHICH MUFFIN I WOULD LIKE INSTEAD.Not many places would go out of their way to do that. Unfortunately, I missed their call and they simply refunded the muffin which was the right move. Anyways, I don’t think any small business has made the effort to call me to work out a replacement and I respect that.Food is good too

Horrible. I found a cockroach on my coffee that I almost swallowed. The lady who seemed to be in charge just didn't care or apologize, she said she would refund me but she never did with the excuse that she couldn't find my payment.
