The person in charge Rolando Justiniano Jr. is just absolutely a horrible person.. He will scam you and laugh at you after. His store is horrible, its very dirty and the people are just so rude.. Check out the other reviews from others as well.. How does someone so horrible and rude to people work for a Chick Fil-A? They gave me the wrong order and after trying to reach Rolando Justiniano Jr.for a week he then finally emails back and says bring the food back and only then will he talk to me about my problem. Well, if you didn't take a week to reply to me, I could have, but you wouldn't reply and you were hoping we would just go away.. Surprise, we aren't just going away. Will will never allow you to rip us off or scam us. I see from the reviews, others are tired of you as well. If you can't be nice to people , you're in the wrong business.. Rolando Justiniano Jr.start treating people with respect and become a nice person. I promise you that it doesn't hurt...

AVOID THIS PLACE. The traffic pattern here is a problem. People losing their temper and are laying on the horn. Dangerous situations everytime I have been. Homeless and drunks getting arrested more times than not. But I guess this is just South Florida for you.

This specific chikfila always gets my order wrong and on my mobile orders I ask for specific sauces, creamer, sugar, etc and they never include them. Every single time it is the same issue. The receipt literally says the condiments I requested yet they never include them.

Triple check your order before you leave! They mess up my drive thru order every time. This last order they gave us the wrong sandwich and forgot the kids meal drink. The time before that, they gave us fruit instead of Mac n cheese.

This is the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. I accidentally left a card behind, and when I returned, they had it safely stored away. They were very responsible, and I'm very grateful🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 They also offer excellent service, cleanliness, and food quality.

Stopped here for a quick meal, everything was great , employees and manager stopped by our table to ask how was everything and if we need any refills or sauces. It’s rarely where you see something like that in fast food restaurants.
Highly recommended this location, great customer service!

I had one of the worst experiences picking up a mobile order here. There was absolutely no communication or acknowledgement when I arrived. One employee was more focused on tossing trash over the mobile pickup sign—missing repeatedly—than helping guests. I waited far longer than anyone reasonably should, and I’m a very patient person. I eventually had to walk out without my order. I understand busy periods happen, but this was far below the standards I usually receive from Chick-fil-A.
