Drive through order placed and emphasized UNSWEET tea. The other items ordered were mac and cheese, chicken sandwich, and three orders of fries. 1 orange soda , 2 lemonades, and an Unsweet tea. The oder was made in a timely manner, and all items except the tea were as ordered. Received a sweet tea instead of unsweetened . As a diabetic this was unacceptable. As sugar is not allowed in my case. The wife called and after explaining the problem. She was told that the lady in the back would be more careful in filling orders. No, come back and get a tea or apology for risking ones well-being. I don't like downgrading my reviews, however, attention to order detail . And a waste of a paid for drink is not accurate acceptable.

I ordered two Chick-fil-A sandwiches one with their sauce they come nicely fried with pickle which I minus on mine sorry I didn’t get the girl cause she was very nice this time and friendly you given your name and then they call you and someone brings it out to you very nice. The parking was a breeze

To begin, I would like to express my frequent patronage of Chick-fil-A, where I have never encountered any difficulties with my previous orders. I am particularly fond of their wrap meals and consistently customize them by removing the cheese and adding an extra serving of lettuce. However, when I recently placed my order, a female employee informed me that they were unable to accommodate my request due to the meals being pre-made. Despite my explanation that I still receive customized orders based on my preferences (which are also driven by a dietary restriction as their cheese triggers severe dairy allergy flare-ups, but I can tolerate the avocado lime ranch dressing), she persisted in asking multiple employees until she was finally told that the customization was possible. Regrettably, when my meal arrived, it was incomplete and not fully assembled. Given that I had spent over $14 on my order, I would expect the restaurant to complete my wrap and provide me with the lettuce separately, allowing me to customize my meal as desired.
Additionally, paper straws pose a greater health risk compared to their biodegradable counterparts due to the presence of high levels of PFAS, a chemical additive used in the glue.
