Chili's Grill & Bar

The service is . . . Not great..... First off they took us to a table that still needed to be cleared. The food I had (quesadilla) came out lukewarm. My husband's chicken was so so. He asked for bbq sauce and got ketchup. When we asked about it, we were told it was the bbq sauce and it was just chillies bad sauce.

This was one of the worst experiences at a resturant ever. Staff ignoring guests as they walk up to be seated. Dirty tables. Staff annoyed when asked to clean tables. Slow service. Cold food. Items forgotten. Manager who spends more time on the phone than helping a customer service issue. Checks screwed up. Credit cards run wrong. Honestly. I am completley unable to say one good thing. Here Tuesday the 14th 2020, hopefully will never be back. Avoid at all cost. Maybe a full staff turn over would help.

Very slow service, food was cold, drinks ran dry, meals came out 10 min apart. But we did get to watch police escort an employee off the property. I do think it's funny that you charge 18% gratuity. Sorry but paid cash. Ha ha ha

Horrible service, dirty all around, food served cold and to top it off, the waitress added 18% tip on the bill! The worst Chilli's ever!

$9.23 for a Corona, $11 plus for a draft then 18% gratuity added to your bill and they don't even tell you? Chilis you should be ashamed.

Bawk the server was a cool guy. I had a shrimp salad and my bf had a burger that he LOVED.

Food was mediocre for a Chili's. Service was fine, but nothing impressive. They do have an built in 18% gratuity that isn't mentioned prior.

Not a single employee at this place realizes they're actually working at a restaurant, let alone one in an airport. Had to walk around and find a water pitcher to refill my water twice. And was so close to missing my flight I had to argue with the bartender to pay my bill because I hadn't seen my server in 40 minutes.

Buyer beware, this place offers horrible and slow service on top of an automatic 18% gratuity. Our waitress ignored us for 15 minutes and came running over right before breakfast was over and said oh well you have 2 minutes otherwise it'll be lunch. So she took my order for food only, didn't ask if we wanted any drinks. Another 15 minutes later she comes over to ask my husband for his order and drink which took 10 minutes to get a beer and we had to ask another waitress for it. It was sitting at the bar for awhile since there was no foam left on the beer. I'm almost done with my meal before his comes out and yet another 15 minutes after we finished eating to get the bill. Looking at the check they charged $10 for a Miller lite, the prices not on the menu at all, and 18% gratuity. Our waitress did nothing the whole time we were there. She avoided our table and any time we tried to get her attention she would rush off to another table. She did not deserve 18%, she didn't even deserve 1%. Beyond frustrated, never recommending this place to anyone. I understand it's an airport, but when people are already tired and frustrated from travel, I don't think it's a good idea to further make their day worse. 0 out of 5 stars, Google makes you do at least 1.

Food wasn’t great. Obviously everything was expensive because it’s an airport, but the food didn’t match the price at all. Sangria was good, but $15!!!!! Yikes

Good food, and good drink menu. Service was ok. Place was empty but yet took forever for drinks and food. Lost the waitress for awhile

Food was decent service was good waitress was very accommodating. Our table however was not clean. I grabbed a towel from the service station and cleaned it myself.

BEWARE OF BEER PURCHASE!! $10 for a bottle,$15 for a 20oz domestic draft and $20 for a 20oz craft!! This is insane. I knew something was up when there were no prices listed. The food is actually reasonably priced for an airport and tasted pretty good. Service is on the slower side but friendly

The cashier was very kind, the food are delicious, i always make a stop at this airport, and this was my first time in chili's.
