I left an item at this location a couple of days ago. When I realized I left it I called the restaurant and was told that they had found it. I made sure to tell them that I would be coming to get it and the staff let me know that they would hold it for me until then. I called the restaurant right before I went to get it and again was told that they still had the item. When I get there, 25 minutes later, I was told by the hostess that the item could not be located. When I asked for the manager, she came out and told me "the cleaning crew must have thrown it away". This was extremely careless and borderline disrespectful. Just something to keep in mind when considering coming here.

Cute Chili’s, small, yet outfitted like most.
The service is what sets this Chili’s apart from the rest. I’ve had the pleasure of sitting with Logan who truly just cares for his entire section. Absolutely love a sever who takes the extra time to clarify what I ordered. Logan even returned to make sure everything was as great as I expected. Made my night.

Don't order pick up during lunch hour. The young lady was not welcoming... as if I was bothering her. My team's order was jacked up. I'll NEVER visit this place again.

Spike at Chili’s was incredible they seemed to know exactly what we wanted before we even asked! Their attention to detail and anticipation of our needs made the experience unforgettable.

Staff needs to pay attention to pickup counter. Multiple times I’ve come in to no one at the counter and I have to wait until they’re done with chit chatting before receiving my order waiting on the rack.

Came to eat with my friends on a Sunday night, the server was amazing but when the food came out, I got the carne asada fajitas and literally could not even cut into the meat or chew it whatsoever. But that’s not the problem here, it was the rude manager who clearly shouldn’t have the job she does. But yeah, I had to spit the steak out…it got sent back and they brought me a new one and it was literally BLUE this time. it was so rare even the server said he wouldn’t eat it. After the THIRD TIME it came back, it was still super chewy but I didn’t want to keep troubling the server... when the check came they didn’t even give any discount for this mess. I had to bring that up… and they said they could only do 10%! I didn’t even want to eat the food like what!? I had to confront the manager and as a person who works in the industry, she was EXTREMELY rude. she tried to not comp it because i had asked for a Togo box but that’s bc they were trying to charge me full price for that bs... She rudely said the way carne asada was cut was the reason why it was chewy… that’s crazy bc i couldn’t even cut it, so how was I supposed to eat it? I guess they give anyone a managing position. I’ve been a manager and a server and I’ve never acted like this toward a customer. For such a poor quality dish and service, I would not ever come back to this chilis.

Everytime we come here we get excellent service. I have gotten Logan as a server a couple times and he’s the best one there!
