Overall quality of ingredients were top tier. So good that we came back in the same week! It's a fun experience to bring your family to watch your ice cream be mixed and made. I had the biscotti and Nutella ice cream with heath and waffle mix ins topped with Hot Carmel. Strongly recommend the hot Carmel it was super flavorful, sweet and salty!

Been to Chill-N once before and they never disappoint. The service is great. They have a wide range of flavors and toppings to choose from as well as gluten and vegan options. The nitrogen ice cream is a very thick consistency so I recommend getting a size smaller as it's very filling. Although the ice cream can be on the pricer side you are for sure getting your moneys worth. Can't wait to go back!

cool spot for something traditional but made differently. their menu is setup to look like a periodic table, which i thought was a neat touch. this adds to the science theme, with the nitrogen gas flowing through the store. it looks very "mad scientist"-y, which i like because i get to make the creation !! i started with a coconut milk base, then picked mint and oreos to mix in. i added whip and hot fudge for toppings. my inspiration was from kilwin's mint cookies & cream which i love. this tasted so creamy and delicious, not exactly like kilwins, but still good ! service was a bit slow, it looked like they may have just started a bunch of online orders or something, bc there wasnt anyone in front of us but all their mixers were full and it took a while for us to get ours. reglardless, ill definitely be back !!!! thanks guys

Our first introduction to this brand was South Miami location. It was a great experience. Having dairy restrictions/ tolerances, we don't have a lot of choices of ice cream flavors. It's nice to be able to go to Chill'en for a custom blend as a nice treat. The fresh fruit are phenomenal. The sprinkles and chocolate are tasty, creative choices. I like this location a little bit better in Fort Lauderdale because it's open and there wasn't as much traffic on the day that we went so we had a lot more time to make choices and read the menu. The service is always the same, and it was quick to boot. We were able to put the order into the computer. we are the only people in the restaurant so they were more than willing to help us make choices.

Great ice cream, best in the world but way too slow. Too many online orders getting in the way of customers waiting in line at the location. Either find a way to speed it up, get more people or equipment…or this place is doomed.The one in Boca Raton already closed because of how slow they were.
