Excellent service from the valet, hostess, server, and meat deliverer! Food was excellent. So much better than the other same type of restaurants.

From the Moment we arrived and were warmly greeted for my son‘s birthday to our server Jonathan and all of those staff bringing over scrumptious cuts of beef delicious drinks, changing our plates and a complementary birthday dessert. It was the perfect night.

It was awesome! Great Service from the moment we pulled up to Valet, excellent! Restaurant smelled and looked so clean. Everyone was so polished, knew their job and provided "EXCELLENT" service. Food was so tasty, great salad bar - attention to detail was perfect! Can't wait to return!

They seated a single diner next to us who proceeded to FaceTime his entire meal. Phone speaker on full volume, crackling and startling everyone around him. Staff was aware and did nothing.

We had an amazing time as this was our 2nd time at Chima. Always a pleasure. They were so accommodating and welcoming. Special occasion was a birthday. Will come back for sure.

We had Easter lunch at Chima with a group of 15 family members, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Vitor and his partner were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating—they made sure everything ran smoothly for our large party. The service was excellent, always with a smile, and we truly felt taken care of. The food was delicious as always, and the atmosphere was perfect for a family celebration. Thank you to the team at Chima for making our Easter so special!

Have been to Chima many times over the years. This time was to celebrate my 52nd Birthday w my family. I was disappointed to see the dress code not being adhered to nor enforced. There were litteraly folks wearing ratty T shirts and trucker hats. Other folks wearing shorts w ball caps like they just strolled in off the 18th hole. I asked my waitress why the dress code was not being enforced and she advised that she believes management is too afraid to address it because people are so sensitive these days. The food was absolutely amazing but our server seemed a little overwhelmed at times. To top it off when we went to leave the Valet crashed my vehicle into a golf cart Taxi damaging both my vehicle and the golf cart. I then had to wait around w my 80 yr old parents for police to show up to take the crash report. Def a Birthday to remember SMH

Absolutely Outstanding Experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere at this Brazilian steakhouse was warm, inviting, and full of energy. The service was exceptional—attentive without being intrusive, and the staff made sure our every need was met with a smile. But the real star? The food. The endless parade of perfectly grilled meats—each more delicious than the last, every cut was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. We also appreciated the warm cheese bread (pão de queijo), the fried banana, and the grilled cheese with honey. Can't wait to return!

Food was good quality meat. However I felt as the steak could've been seared a little bit more and seasoned as well. Salad bar is a bit smaller compared to other Brazilian steakhouses. Service was great.

Absolutely incredible experience as usual. Came in Sunday to celebrate my birthday at my favorite restaurant. We always have a great time, but one person who stood out and truly made the experience 10/10 was Kendry. Kendry very quickly noticed my wife and my favorite cut of meat and temperature (MR lamb). He made sure we had a steady supply of our a variety of our favorite always at the right temperature. Kendry embodies everything we love about Chima. Can't wait to come back soon

We had a great time at chima. Beautiful ambiance, great wine selection and delicious steaks. You cannot go wrong with the Picanha and the chimichurri jalapeño steak. Andres was our server and he treated us like VIP from start to finish. Very attentive and very fast waiter. I highly recommend Chima if you want a high end Brazilian steakhouse.
