Absolutely horrible service we ordered our food online and waited 35 minutes to pick up when the website said food would be ready in 15 we gave the restaurant ample amount of time and when we arrived our order still hadn’t been sent to the kitchen since we ordered, the lady at the front proceeded to say 10 minutes and we waited another 20 after spending over 100+ I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK FOR SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE

really sweet people and good food

Without question the worst Chinese food I have ever had in west Pembroke Pines for the last 30 years. The honey garlic chicken was nothing short of disgusting. It had a distinctive flavor that was off putting. The garlic sauce had no garlic in it, not sure if even had honey. The chicken was covered in batter and ridiculously greasy. The ONLY reason I ordered here today was because Nami (best in pines) was closed on a Monday. I will never order from here again. I can’t imagine why they are still open, how many people can they serve once, never to serve again? Do not under any circumstances, order food from here.

IF U LOOKING FOR THE BEST CRUNCHY ROACHES IN TOWN, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT PLACE,I FOULD OUT ON THE NEWS AFTER EATING HERE A COUPLE DAYS AGO.THIS IS SICK

We have visited this location for takeout on three occasions recently. I am not sure why they have received so many negative reviews, but the food was excellent each time. In addition, they were polite and friendly each time. We will be back.

Worst experience, I had 5 combos with Fred rice and repeatedly told them that I did not want pork. All combos came with pork and their response is sorry we can’t help you or make new combos. This place is a joke and don’t care about customer service.

Dirty roaches crawling everywhere even on the takeout bag. Got home with no food & had to remove clothes & checked channel 10 Dirty Dining & China One shut by Health Inspector for roach & rat issues. Nasty.

I have been an occasional customer, but my last 3 orders, Special jumbo rice with shrimp, were the worst, it only came with RICE, RICE AND RICE, a mini portion of ham and 3 shrimp, in a rice that should be full because it is special and for the price The last order made me angry and that's why I'm making this review, hoping that they will realize and improve. The girl who serves is somewhat hostile and rude so I don't think she will accept my constructive criticism to maintain quality and justice in what she ordered. Customers wait for a purchase... check the SPECIAL JUMBO RICE carefully next time... I drive from afar because I like the place, the Chinese food is very delicate and I trust this place, but I am very disappointed by the changes and I think that it's not fair. Please be nice with customers and their loyalty....
