I never had a problem here until tonight. I made a pickup order and part of this issue is my fault because I should’ve checked my food, but I always order here for some reason my boyfriend like this place me personally the rice is too dry! But anyway, the lady in the front took my order and I don’t know what the hell she heard me say but my order was all wrong! I ask for chicken fried rice they gave me pork and chicken also gave me extra stuff I never ordered. I called to explain that i had the wrong order in a nice way and the bald headed guy in the front had the worse attitude because I told him about my order being wrong just started talking over me saying how I can bring it back no apologies or anything. He just basically told me that’s what I ordered. If I ordered that you think I will be calling to complain idiot? They took no accountability I guess they don’t need their customers after all with this horrible customer service that I experienced.All the money I spent at this restaurant! They disrespectful as hell and the food not even that good to have those type of actions towards your customers. I got my money back and I will NEVER EVER EVER eat here again!

Burbon Chicken was so dry!!! Even soaked in sauce, gave it to my dog. Honey garlic chicken nuggets were WAY way to much breading not enough actual chicken. Fried Dumplings had NO flavor & loaded with mystery meat. Prices were too high for this food, you can tell you are cutting back on ingredients & cutting your customers short, while raising prices. Lacking flavor. Won’t be a returning customer.

This food is mid at best. Broccoli is rock hard chicken taste expired. What a disappointment. 4 stars is crazy for an establishment as bad as this place. This place is a disgrace to Chinese people

Delicious is an understatement!!! The best Chinese food restaurant I’ve had since I’ve moved to Florida. And it kinda reminds me of home the city of NY where I loved Chinese food the most !!

Visited this place today. The food was horrible, the fried rice had a weird after taste and the chicken wings seemed undercooked. Needless to say I will not be returning to this place. Additionally, I had stand outside by a counter to be served with several homeless people standing around.

Terrible customer service.. It seems like every time I call to place an order or pickup.. I am either being rushed or he sounds/looks frustrated.. If you are tired.. Close down the store.. Simple as that ?

This was the absolute WORST Chinese food I have ever had the displeasure of tasting. My husband ordered via the phone and they delivered.The order was sweet and sour pork with white rice and 4 ribs.The ‘pork’ was mainly flour and the was black and pink. Super nasty ?The styrofoam box came with the visible holes…I have never been so disgusted by a meal before.When I called, the man who answered the phone had a nasty attitude so I ended hanging up.RUN FROM THIS LOCATION pleaseeeeNEVER EVER AGAIN.See photo!!!
