Chipotle Mexican Grill

i ordered online at 10:30pm before they closed at 11pm. as soon as i walked in the employee that made my bowl had an attitude, giving me a dirty look. very aggressive tone of voice, very aggressively made my bowl, and purposely didn’t drain the beans so my bowl was soggy. all around just a very nasty employee who should not be working there. the person who i believe was the manager watched as the employee very clearly had a nasty attitude and did nothing to correct her or take over. the manager however was pleasant but she should’ve stepped in and sent the employee to the back. will not be returning to this chipotle. i’d rather just go to one with a better staff who don’t try to make you feel unwelcome. do better chipotle staff!

This is the best Chipotle in Florida. They have a very good team.

Paid zero attention to the toppings ordered on my flour tacos.
omitted my favorites like peppers and sour cream and added the things I cant stand like loaded with shredded cheese and corn along with zero peppers and nearly no sour cream; gross to say the least.

Made my stomach so upset to eat only a bite 30 minutes ago and still feeling sick!!!!

Most of the time it is right though when u add a new employee that is unsupervised it makes it bad for your whole team.

>90 minutes since I orderd a $12 plate at a premium cost of nearly >$25 to get it delivered. Perhaps some effort and heart can go into the deliveries as we are paying double charge to get your food regardless the extra cost go to a seperate company. You... chipolte made that choice by not providing their own deliver drivers and service. The money you save by utilizing delivery services needs to go to training your staff to do things correctly.

This location and two others here in SFL have completely soured my relationship with the chain.

The only location where you can play a fun little guessing game called "What are they out of Today?" Guac? Out. Chicken? Maybe next time. Fajita veggies? LOL, good one. Even RICE? Please wait around for 20 minutes minimum. Every visit is a new adventure in dissapointment.

And yet, like a fool, I kept coming back -- because surely it can't be this bad again. There's just no way right? I am wrong. Every. Single. Time.

And let’s talk about the employees—because wow, what an experience. I’ve personally witnessed more arguments between staff and customers here than I can count on one hand. When they're not openly fighting with people, they radiate the kind of energy that says "I have lost all hope." It's truly inspiring.

Overall, if you’re looking for an authentic Chipotle experience, expect missing ingredients, bad vibes, and a solid chance of witnessing a public meltdown. Five stars for consistency. Oh wait, I can only give one? Shame.

This place is a joke they charge all that money and then give half a scoop of meat but on the commercials on TV the bowls are filled with me false advertisement 100 percent and this location by Cardinal Gibbons commercial and federal is the worst with portions. My kids like to eat there but no more until the learn how to properly charge for their little portions.

This location turned me against Chipotle. I'd been a loyal customer until I visited this location. I hate to say that I gave them 5chances. I never came close to the Chipotle quality or service I've received elsewhere. Know that your salad should come with a spoon...it's ALWAYS going to be dripping...they can't seem to worink complicated tools like a slotted spoon. More than once, the lettuce was brown. If you have a Chipotle craving, it's worth the drive to another location...ANY other location.

My bowl to go serving had 7 tiny chicken nuggets.
When I asked if I could have a proper portion, the lady asked me if I wanted double the portion and charge me more.
I walked away.

Only three pieces of chicken in a big buritto! Its a shame that this Chipotle place is trying to make money by dropping the amount of protein.
