portions are very small, service ia terrible as it seems to be just a hangout place for the workers. tables were dirty and whoever is the manger here is definitely not managing anything. i miss the old days of chipotle.

This location is horrible. Worker is eating at the counter. No gloves. Food assembly area is so nasty and messy. The floors are nasty with debris and sticky spills. The service is also horrible get new associtaes and train them bette chipotle. The fact that it's in a busy area is no excuse clean that place up.

The food here is pretty bad. I just paid 38 dollars for ovecooked chicken and raw rice. Every single bowl had raw rice in it. When half the bowl is rice, it is important to get that right. Also, I noticed the manager watching the employees and doing literally nothing at all. The manager should make sure that all items on the line are up to standard and should be helping there team to the best of their ability. This manager did not do anything. this was a mobile order.
It’s so sad to see a place that used to be so good turn into such a dumpster. Employees are trash. Service is trash. Food is trash. This place turned into Taco Bell over night. No thanks.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They refuse to put half of the ingredients on your order, are extremely rude, and add a few pieces of meat to every vegetarian entree I've ever gotten here to the point in convinced its deliberate.Edit: A year later and this Chipotle is still a complete joke. They are out of 5-8 ingredients at any time (last night out of beans, lettuce, fajita veggies, guac, and sofritas). I have sent corporate complaints but they don't ever fix it. Just don't go to this location.

I never give reviews but yesterday I picked up food there and 20 minutes later I got so sick ! I used to live chipotle but this place was out of everything and didn't look too clean either ! I would think twice before I get chipotle again !

We went there Friday night February 2nd around 9:30. The food was served quickly as usual. We decided to eat there only to find no forks, napkins or lids for our drinks. We asked if there were any available in the back and the young man cleaning the grill just said, "We're out". My wife asked, "How are we supposed to eat?" We just got a blank stare. Horrible service.
