This location is the worse, not well managed, always out of something, today they were out of guacamole for the customer in line but still had for the ubereats and refuse to take it from there for us customer that walk in.
Terrible service every time I go there.

The service here is disgusting, the rice is always undercooked and crunchy, the portions they have are horrible, the customer service is the worst. I would never recommend or come back to this chipotle. The need to shut this place down, if there was an option to give zero stars I would choose that. The food was horrible.

The food was great, but the customer service was horrible. The place was ran by a bunch of kids who don’t know how to operate the food line or run the cash register. I waited in line for a while to order. They were having a hard time figuring out a customers order and instead of having a person work with her, they occupied the register with her order and didn’t ring up anyone else. The line of people with food (that is ready) waited just to pay for quite a bit.

I went on January 31, 2025, the service was terrible, the extremely dirty place in the kitchen, they had watered rice and everyone was stepping on it, it made me very disgusted 🤢 of all, it is the worst I have ever seen, I will not return

The food is yummy, but the service was a little slow. There were not enough people at the counter to deal quickly with customers, so the line was pretty long.

I don’t usually complain this much but to me it’s crazy it’s a Friday night and you only have one person making to go orders. The line was to the door when I walked in, which is expected, but I waited 19 minutes past the time and still the order was wrong. The guy making the food was obviously overwhelmed. When standing there another order was also made incorrectly. It’s to the point where you made the food and then it looks like you didn’t even care if the orders were correct at all. There were 5 people on the counter and it’s just crazy to me that not one came to help him.

By far the worse chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve never seen people move so slow in my life. Rice wasn’t cooked, portions were horrendous. Never going back there again
