The hours on the door says it opens at 10:45 am. There was a line of people waiting outside. Nobody opened the door until 11:30 am. It appears they were packing a catered ordered. Common courtesy would have been to inform everyone outside that they could not accommodate us. I spent my entire lunchtime standing outside in line at Chipotle. I don't believe this was fair to myself or anyone else who went there on their lunch break.

We came at 10:00 PM to this location on a Sunday to take advantage of the extended hour open. It was a disappointment despite friendly staff. IMO management or a team lead should be assisting staff during the new extended hour. We started placing our orders only to realize during the ordering process that we could not order fajita veggies or lettuce so no green vegetables could be added to our orders, which of course remained at full price. Trash was overflowing outside and left on tables. Staff was nice but clearly there needs to be a manager or team lead on site to assist with food prep and clean up in the evening hour. We would not have ordered from this location had we known several ingredients were missing before close. Had to stop at a Winn Dixie in order to buy iceberg lettuce to add to our orders.

Visited this Chipotle on Saturday around 5:30 PM. The staff was incredibly friendly and the steak was cooked fabulously. The restaurant has a nice decor. However, there were some cons: all tables were dirty, there were no tortillas for burritos, juices were out, and the rice lacked flavor, with no hint of lime or cilantro. While it's possible it was an off day, my expectations for Chipotle are always high, as they should be.

The customer service and quality of food at this location had to be at the bottom of the barrel for south Florida, I’ve had my mobile order incorrect multiple times and food doesn’t not taste as good as other locations.I recommend saving your money and going to a different chipotle location

I use to love Chipotle, but I have been to the one on Andrew's 2x in a week and the first time place was dirty and chaotic out of cheese and lettuce. 2nd time no meats were ready at 5pm and had to wait. Place was dirty and workers just standing around doing nothing. We left and went somewhere else to eat in both cases. I guess this is the new Chipotle service.

Location wasn't clean, the line was dirty and looked like it hadn't been wiped down all day. Half the food options on the line were empty and they seemed surprised when I asked if they'd be making more and if I should wait? (It was only 8pm so they had a few hours still open.) White rice black beans and veggies are kind of a staple to the meal. Won't visit this location again unfortunately.

Absolutely awful customer service. They made us go through the whole line without telling us there was no cheese, lettuce, or chips (some of the MOST IMPORTANT/POPULAR ingredients). If there are popular ingredients missing we should have been notified prior as we would not have chosen to eat at this location. Not only that but the cashier was disrespectful and unclear about everything she said.
