Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Management is very unprofessional based off what I’ve observed every time I come here. I come very frequently recently to this one. The white manager , short brush cut very rude to costumers and employees. My bowls are always made messy. They always rushing people to hurry and make their bowls and rush them to pay. People who make the bowls always have an attitude. This has to stop, but this starts with management. Workers always reflects their manager. I’m a manager myself at a big company. Please do better.
I haven’t rate a chipotle ever but I felt the need. The service is terrible. Guy making the burrito clearly upset for having to do his job. Maybe having a bad day? Let it go. Need to use the restroom, asked a lady with red fake dreads and gave me the wrong password, asked once again and gave me the right password with an attitude ?. I honestly feel discrimination than any other reason.

This is another classic example of how chipotle has fallen from a once well respected chain to garbage. Employees are extremely rude and extremely stingy on portions. I had to ask three times to add more lettuce each time the lady would insist “what else” btw there was no one behind me. This is the second chipotle that has utterly bombed in the Fort Lauderdale area. Don’t support these people or this chain anymore
update- to the generic corporate response to contact them. I went ahead and did that and will update if I actually get a response worthwhile or if its just the generic corporate response to complaints
Update- still no corporate response when I contacted them the way they asked for…if your not going to care about customer experience when we take the time to respond through the channels you want us to then why reply to these reviews? unless it’s just to give the ILLUSION you care at all lol

Not sure why they alow some bum to stand at the door and open when you walk in and beg for money to everyone. I can't stand lazy ass bums! Food is great

Usually this restaurant chain is perfect, but this branch was very dirty, paper on the floor, trash cans full and table sticky. The food was excellent

this place & management sucks just watched a guy got terminated when the girl was in the wrong the whole time this is ridiculous how you guys run things corporate needs to be involved.

Portions are small and not consistent. Service is poor, save your money and go somewhere else.
Customer service did reach out to me after my posting of this review. They said the best they can do is a BOGO, can I explain to them I'm not going to go in there and buy another thing just to have two messed up new items. They refused to replace my meal. The situation that happened was that we went in and bought my son three tacos and a sweet tea. The first two tacos mermaid correctly while the third Taco had about a teaspoon of meat in it. When we complained, the server said "well are you going to pay for double portion?"when we told him we're not asking for any additional just the same meat that was in the other two, he said that he gave us extra in the other two and was not going to do it for the 3rd. We didn't ask him to do extra in the first, in the first two were simply normal portions of meat. He was rude. The lady behind us had a bowl and he gave her a very small amount of rice. She asked for a normal portion of rice, and he told her no is she going to pay for double portion. She stated she just wanted the normal amount of rice. And he said that's all he was going to give her. The employees in this establishment are rude and do not do their job correctly. Customer service with this company is also a joke. Very clear that this company won't be around too much longer with their shorted portions. This is an ongoing continual problem and all their locations. You can go to tik Tok and see all the videos and exactly what is happening in Chipotle.

The customer service is TERRIBLE! Talking to them employees before even speaking to your customers is crazy! I went around 9/10 pm to get food and didn't expect to have fresh food but atleast enough to have a full bowl which I DONT have! Was told i came later but 1 hour before closing and out of everything??? crazy ! This one guy with dreads who works TWO jobs is very rude. There's no way i should know his business and barely have anything in my bowl.
