The food is goodI have come here a few timesHowever, this time, the staff was rude and dirty.The assembly line was very dirty. They refused to take a few seconds to clean the table. Even after being told.The wrappings of the food were covered with food falling over from the dishes on the work table.They would drag the new dish into itTheir answer was that i, the customer, should clean it myself, because they didn't have time.Cleaning the work bench continuously is an obligation, not a choice.I hope this comes to the eyes of the ownerAndOf the franchiseNext time i will report to the health department

This is my closest chipotle location for the last few years - which has been a huge let down. It boils down to the staff just not taking any pride at all in their work. I would just stay away from this location all together.

Night shift is a joke rude disgusting disrespectful and obnoxious oh don’t forget to sprinkle lazy never again I promise they need to fire the whole night crew at this point because there is no way with that type of customer service they still have jobs it’s sick

Terrible service. The place is so understaffed. I ordered online and my order said on the app it was READY and on the shelf. I proceeded to have to continue to wait 40 more minutes in store for my food. Not exaggeration. 40 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting the manager came over and told the guy to stop making all the online and to go orders and they only made mine because I made an issue. Several others waiting already had to hop in line to wait. Terrible way to handle things. It’s very obvious they are understaffed.I asked for light lettuce and got a handful of spinach thrown in - that I never asked for. No pico. The bag of chips is less than 1/4 fullI come here so often and it’s always an issue with the order or the service. Probably the last time today, complained about my order and issue with everything and got a free drink ?Absolute joke

First I have to commend you on your chicken. I go to many different chipotles and your chicken is well seasoned with consistency. I go there probably 3-4 times a week. Ive been frequenting your location (broward blvd) for months and have a few negative experiences. Once with someone that I haven’t seen work there in a long time (staff does not where name badges).The other one works there often I asked for the name and he over heard me ask and Jeramy actually spelled it out with boldness JERAMY. I’ve encountered him probably about 3x in total. I only get salad, chicken, cheese and fajitas no rice no beans. And he literally gave me a serving of probably 6 pieces of fajitas. I asked him for more it was probably about 4 more pieces he added. I asked his colleague to give me a side of fajitas. Jeramy told him “no” to not give it to me. I said, “are you serious, you better give me some fajitas”. Jeramy said you went past your servings, I said, “ I don’t care, charge me for it!” I initially greeted him with a smile and I was very nice in my tone especially bc it seemed like he was frustrated (observation of him complaining), then I proceeded to order and the above occurred.

Terrible service ?Seems like everyone (except the manager and 1 crew member) in the prep line (who makes our food) had an attitude and the young lady put toooo much cheese on my husband's bowl.. I didn't say anything because I wanted to hurry up and get out since their time only matters?Just a reminder. If you don't want to work.. Don't come to work.. We are paying customers #IJS

So not order online from here. They don’t read your orders and are skimpy. Ordered double meat, clearly not double. Not even a full scoop of rice or beans. I can get a bigger burrito at Taco Bell.

This is the worst location DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE you order extra chicken and they don’t put any chicken you ask for light sour cream and they drown your bowl I’ll just drive further away to get chipotle. The customer service here sucks even the manager has an attitude never

This chipotle right here is a classic example of hit or miss. Ingredients always fresh but it all comes down to how high the workers are. I go in there at lunchtime right as they open, great service and they FILL my plate up. Which as a big body I can appreciate and that's what I look for. Now you go in there at night time... those guys look higher than I was when I was at the Stevie wonder concert in 1978, and that is hard to do! I thought I turned into Stevie and hell I couldn't see a thing till the next morning! But that's a story for a different time. Anyways if the workers got that vibe to then you can expect about a half of a scoop with everything and can expect to be hungry in about an hour. Highly recommended going at lunch time.

They’re acting as if this is their restaurant and their food. As a former worker of hospitality. In the restaurant field. This is totally unacceptable the health department should be called. They’re selling old food I wouldn’t give this to a dog. Fire the whole entire crew start over! See these old grease stains old food that’s been sitting in the box

I love chipotle! BUT they hired a terrible night shift at this location. Don’t go here after 6pm. Food is still good but the service was not. Half scoops for everything like they was serving rations. Felt like they didn’t want to do much cooking towards the end of the night and more closing so portioning was treated like a kids meal.Vegetarian options: Vegetarians do NOT EAT CHIPOTLE. A lot of scoops from meats always fall in the plant based meats

I’m sorry to leave a bad review, because the server who assisted me was extremely kind. Unfortunately, that was the extent of the best part of my experience. Everything else was bad. I was in the mood for some chips, guac, and corn, so I ordered them. As I begin to eat, the corn, midway through, I found blue patches on the kernels. The corn literally has blue mold on it. Judging from the bad reviews, there has been a lot of things going on with this particular restaurant. Mistakes happen, sure, but this one really grossed me out. I didn’t even bother going in for a refund, because it seems that other customers have issues as well. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this Chipotle.Edit: I nearly forgot to add that the cashier, a female, kept going to the back and coming back with food in her mouth, chewing and servicing customers. She was snacking at the register. She also grabbed a cup and took multiple sips out of the cup, and kept refreshing her cup with different beverages, with the rim of the cup touching the nozzle customers rest their cup on. Absolutely insane.

Wow. I was shocked, how good the service place was. Clean. Workers smiled Ky was sunshine. Someone listens. I’m not a Karen but used to be a regular at chipotle until the staff seemed like being held hostage. Wow very refreshing. Please keep these employees. Great experience. Thanks.
