Very fond of this place. Had the most wonderful customer service experience this afternoon with their attentive and lovely staff.

Every few months I give this place another try because I really want to like it! The service is great and the food, while extremely overpriced and simple, is decent, but it’s the drinks that kill me every time. I’m not sure who works on the menu, but some of these flavor combinations are truly so god awful I can’t fathom anyone else enjoying them. They switch out the menu very often so sometimes there might be a hidden gem amongst them, but the majority of the coffee drinks are horrible and I’ve thrown many away completely full. And of course the one matcha combination they had that I actually enjoyed they took off the menu after I only had it once. Circle House I’m trying to support you but you’re making it hard!

I’m honestly shocked that this place has such a high rating. For my taste this place should be at a 3 rating overall at best. I’m a local in the area and have always driven past circle house. We finally decided to try it especially after seeing the good reviews. We only went through the drive thru and ordered two coffees ( a horchata and toasted marshmallow) and an egg and bacon croissant. So we never saw the inside area. The patio area looked nice when we drove past. Anyways we order and get to the window and the guy working was extremely nice and friendly (honestly he was amazing, he said he started 4 weeks ago). Now here is where the downfall starts. Both coffees taste like water. They literally have no flavor what so ever. The egg and bacon croissant was cold and just didn’t taste good.

We had already pulled off but desperately needed coffee (we have a newborn) and we turned around and went through the drive thru again to see if one of the coffees could be remade and if we could swap out the croissant (eating cold egg tasted gross).

The manager (a woman with brown hair) comes to the window with an attitude and says this is how we make our horchata it’s with macadamia nut milk not rice milk. We felt totally dismissed. We were never told how the drink was made when we ordered it and we honestly felt like the drink had no flavor and didn’t taste anything like horchata. We couldn’t tell you what milk it was made with. Actually when we ordered the drink the person asked if regular milk was fine which we said yes. Again we saw reviews that said the horchata was the thing to order. It makes me wonder if those reviews were honest.

Anyways to make a long story short we really wanted to like this place to support a local cafe but unfortunately to pay $20 for two small mid coffees and a cold small croissant not worth it. If the manager was nicer we probably would have felt more inclined to come back but unfortunately she ruined the experience completely.

I forgot to take photos of all the items. I am including the one photo I took of the toasted marshmallow drink. The coffee looks better than it tastes. It was flavorless and watery.

Very cool and enjoyable place if the music was not club music and blarring. They have tables and booths and a lot of natural lighting but when I think about coffee shops I think enjoyable calm relaxing they blare music like its a club. Unfortunately I would go in there more often if it wasn't for the loud and type of music they are blaring definitely not a place to do work or study.

Excellent service!!! The vibe is perfect for a Sunday. Iced House macchiato was delicious.

I used to be a regular at Circle House Coffee and absolutely loved their horchata latte—it was my go-to for years. Unfortunately, the last two times I've visited, the quality of the drink has changed dramatically. It was incredibly watery, lacked any real coffee flavor, and the syrup just sat at the bottom while an overwhelming amount of cinnamon was sprinkled on top. It seems like they've completely changed the recipe, and not for the better. Really disappointing to see a favorite drink decline like this. After my most recent experience, I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Love this place, their Turkey pesto sandwich is amazing and same with most of their other stuff

Their wraps though, my god are they tiny! The few times I’ve ordered their wraps they are this size. They’re comically small. I would avoid the wraps and order anything else

Worst coffee, 25 minutes wait time, they prioritize drive thru orders, the lady told me that she will bring the food over and never came

Love this black owned business! The staff is great and make wonderful suggestions. The baristas are phenomenal adding tons of love to every cup. Great music and outdoor space!

Circle House Coffee has got it figured out! They were kind and quick when it came to making coffee / matcha. My drink was the toasted marshmallow cold brew and it was excellent! I also got to try my friend’s matcha cake latte and it was great as well. Their vanilla latte is also pretty good! We also took advantage of their bogo deal and got to try 4 empanadas! They were very good! Perfectly crispy and plenty of filling!

Extremely slow! Took forever just to get my order through the drive thru literally over 30 minutes and the line has moved once so far! Absolutely ridiculous never again! Multiple cars have left already and I can’t back out because of the poor parking situation and line for drive thru
