My friend I stopped in about 2 weeks ago to get some ice cream and let me tell you.... TARA GAVE THE ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE EVER!!! She went above and beyond to help us. She was so sweet, but I friendly, positive, and just overall a lovely human being. The ice cream was fantastic!!! We weren't sure what was better... The ice cream or the customer service!!! Now a days people don't seem to care about customer service, but Tara definitely definitely cares about customer service!!! We can't wait to go back form some yummy ice cream and a friendly face!!!

Wow - this is the best coldstones I have ever been to. The owner brought us free water outside and really took care of us. Will come here over any other ice cream shop.

The icecream is delicious!!!, but the customer service is really,
really, really bad! Suck it up kids.. working is a way of living. Put a smile with a kind voice and helpful service on it, you'd just might be in luck.
How can one work at a sweet place, but has sour, trashy attitudes. Beats me. Smh!!

Horrible service.

The service here is very bad, they are guys with a bad attitude, an Uber driver needed the bathroom, they didn't want to lend it to him,

Been ordering birthday ice cream cakes from this Coldstone location since my girls were babies and I just ordered their sweet 16th and 15th birthday cakes and they were beautiful and delicious. Our party guests are always so impressed by how good their ice cream cakes are. The owner is super hardworking and caring and the staff is friendly and helpful. We been customers for 15 years and never had a bad experience!
