In town for a tech conference and so many people at the conference kept talking about how good this Cold Stone Creamery is...We came in at like 9:45 PM. Had a super nice teenage guy offer us some suggestions and samples. Made our selection and we wondered outside as we knew they were about to close.Outside was a lady mopping and cleaning, she invited us to sit, enjoy and not to worry about the time. We had a wonderful conversation with the staff, learned some things about how they make the ice cream, and had an over the top experience! WORLD CLASS!We ordered Coffee, Pumpkin Bread Batter, Truffle Fudge, and BANANA. Then we tried the Cheesecake Fantasy... Words can not even describe how AMAZING it was!Thank you to the staff at this location! All of you, so wonderful! ♡♡♡ Tara.Kid-friendliness: Staff was super friendly!
Had the absolute BEST time here, service was great. Food was AMAZING we got the banana and coffee with a few more flavors which was amazing. However, the best part was Tara the Owner she was the charm of the night. Sweetest lady ever, she came and talked to us along with allowing us to try the cheesecake fantasy her favorite. If I lived in the area I would be here at least once a week. Defiantly come here, not just for the food but for the amazing owner and employees.

The ice cream was great as any other cold Stone franchise. Now, service is just awful. The owner/manager on the phone. Told us to wait for few minutes until she was finished with her phone conversation. Place was empty, we were the only clients in the establishment and was very disrespectful, disorganized and completely tarnished the good product cold stone offers. Now I understand why that place was just empty. We were 5 people and only one ended up buying.

I just don’t understand why I pay extra for toppings and don’t get them. I ordered marshmallows, brownies, and literally loads of Oreo cookies. It’s like they don’t like at the added toppings and I pay $35-$40 for my own tub you’d think I’d get what I ordered and paid for. Otherwise I love this location and it’s great I just think to pay that much and not get what you ask for is wild.
Just walked into this cold stone. 2 girls were working. 1 had just finished helping a guy and I was the only other person in there. The girl that helped the guy before walked out behind him and stood outside the door ignoring me. And the other girl kept her back to me. I should and looked one of the and the the other, nothing. They looked at each other across the store and smiled at each other. I walked out. I have not ever had that disrespectful service. They need new employees or someone to teach those ones what service job means. I won’t be returning.

First impression of this location, we walked in and all lights were off and she had to go back to turn them on, it was odd. Then i started to order even though she looked like she wasn't ready to, she then proceed to put ice cream into the clear pan, which melted the ice cream more than it should. The flavor tasted great but it melted too fast too quickly. Definitely do not recommend.

As a former employee who used to work here I’d thought I’d share my personal experience here I was hired in Summer of 2021 and at first it went well but I’d say after 2 months of working their the management started getting a bit odd they would start yelling at us and cursing at us for no reason telling us to work fast even after we were dead tired they treated us like slaves here the management does not care about their employees or customers they would always talk bad about the employees and customers in their office and another thing is they are NOT sanitary they don’t use gloves to make the ice cream the waffle cones, cakes etc… they use their bare hands I even saw one of the managers drop a yellow cake on the floor and proceeded to put it back in the container for sale so Gross… if i were y’all I’d stay away from the location because it is literally the worst the management does not care about the employees the fact that we were doing SO much for only $7.45 an hour is beyond me all while getting treated poorly by the management.

The manager was very rude I am a rewards member and I am always at cold stone very disappointed that the staff that was helping me was new and trying to do my order but I was helping him the manager was trying to charge for everything and I asked for a replacement but still insisted to chafe me for an extra mix in when I am replacing something that already comes with it I wouldn’t have complained but the manager was rude about it I wouldn’t been so disappointed he was rude and I will never go back to that cold stone because you do not treat customers that way with an attitude.
