This review is for the chocolate. Not only does it look amazing but it’s some of best I’ve ever had. Try it. You won’t be disappointed.

The coffee shop is stunning and everything looks delicious. Be prepared for casino prices. The coffee was a bit too weak for me but the flavor was good. The staff is friendly and provided perfect service.

Desserts are amazing and the service was top-notch! Maria, I believe her last name was Cardenas was so helpful and patient while I was taking forever to decide. It was my first time there since I'm staying at the guitar hotel. I'll definitely go back!

Hailey was awesome. She accommodated Me perfectly... She went up and beyond out of her way to make sure I got the meal That was best for me.... It was ready and under five minutes.... And I can't begin to explain how grateful I am that she helped me the way she did!

Went there with my brothers and parents, the server and cashier were racist to the next level. 2 men before us got ice cream then payed and when we approached the cashier gave the server a look and we were told to pay first? excuse me? anyways its wtv I went ahead and paid, the cashier was so rude, if I didnt have my 2 baby brothers with me id get the manager and show him/her what was going on. After we paid the server started taking her sweet time and talking to a janitor? I had to say excuse me loudly to get her attention. We sat down just to watch other get stuff BEFORE paying. RIDICULOUS. Teach your servers to treat everyone the same! Ive put an image of the cashier, the server decided to go hide in the back when she say me approaching.

Jacquelyn, indicated samples of the were not be given out at this time. However, when a white couple approached, sample was given immediately. The excuse was that the small spoons were not available. The couple was given a sample with the black spoon used to consume orders. My friend explained use the larger spoon to dispense the smaller amount. Where we profiled?

Great experience. The best banana nut muffin I've ever had, a great bananas foster dessert, delicious Gelato and well-made coffee. Conveniently at the elevators of the guitar hotel. Highly recommend.

Our next family food is take us to Constant Grind (at Hark Rock Hotel) with a category of 3.4 and more than 46 reviews? small coffee shop located inside the Hotel.After a day walking around the Hotel and that includes the pool, shops and other entertainment places, the best option is to enjoy a Latte or an Espresso accompanied by a delicious dessert to regain energy but if your hunger is greater you can also order a exquisite sandwich specialty of the house and all that is offered to you by Constant Grind, with your recovered body continue the tour towards the casino machines to try your luck.

The WORST hotel experience I've ever had. The hallways smelt like garbage in someone's pants. The hotel staff was rude and pompous and multiple times went on power trips. The coming in and out of the hotel was higher security than Fort Knox. The food was gross and repetitive. BUT THE WORST PART. The hotel uses a room key system that seems like its from before cell phones were invented and I had to a new room key every single time I went to my room. IMAGINE waiting 10-40 minutes in line at the front desk just to have to go back to your room. It's pretty dangerous because I just stopped shutting and put a towel in it and one time almost scaled the outside of the building from my friends room but didn't want to die that day. Oh, and they don't have elevators. The end. Hopefully the end of the HardRock Cancun.
