Yes. Same as everyone else. Rob made arrangements to pick up my espresso machine and he never showed up, failed to answer his phone. A complete waste of time and energy.

Awful service. Waste of time. I spoke to him and said he would be here that same day or first thing the next morning. Never showed and will not answer calls. Do not waste your time trying to contact them.
