Bride here! Culinary Artz catered for my wedding of about 80 people. The food was delicious. I asked for mainly vegan and vegetarian options, with a few fish options for meat eaters, and everyone kept giving compliments about the food. The mango cream cake was also perfect. Creamy and not too sweet, so good I had 2 big slices. I was also really happy with the catering staff, they were all friendly and helpful, with a cheerful attitude. The Day of Coordinator, Juliana, was on top of everything. She was prepared and proactive the whole day. I really felt in good hands from the start. Michael, the head chef, is all about the details & he made the time and effort to ask the right questions, checking in with me way before the wedding date, and carefully explaining all our options. Sincerely, thank you to the Catering Artz team. You all made our special day wonderful. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I hired Culinary Artz for my mom's 75th birthday party. We had roughly 40 people and did it in a small space at the Old Davie School. I couldn't have had a better experience. Michael walked me through the whole process, helped me pick a good menu, learned to make a special dessert (my mom's favorite: pineapple upside down cake), and even figured out how to make a few gluten free versions for members of my family who have allergies. I was planning the party from out of town and didn't have a chance to see the venue beforehand. Michael drove by on his own time to look at it and make sure we'd have enough space. This was a real seat-of-the-pants affair because I couldn't be in town until the day of the party, but Michael and his staff rolled with all the punches and provided us with an evening we'll never forget.

Michael and his team catered an event we hosted in Parkland and I must say that it was an outstanding experience/ His professionalism and approach to the planning process was the most positive experience I've had having organized and hosted well over 85-100 events in my career. I would highly recommend them to anyone! We will use them again for my next event in south Florida if at all possible! TB

Culinary Artz catered a party for family the night before my daughters wedding. All of the food was amazing! There were NO leftovers! Michael and the servers were terrific! The service was great, and my kitchen was left spotless! I HIGHLY recommend Culinary Artz and will use them again when I need a caterer!

Culinary Artz catered my best friends wedding recently. Let me just say, they were AMAZING. Sara and Sydney did an INCREDIBLE job making his day special. They worked their tails off the entire time and did not break a sweat!They catered all vegetarian, as the bride does not eat meat. Even as a person who DOES like meat, I was very pleasantly surprised with the menu. There was tons of variety and everything was wonderful.I will absolutely be recommending this team to anyone who asks!

Culinary Artz catered my wedding and they were fantastic! I have been a vegetarian for seventeen years so it was important to me to have a vegetarian meal at our wedding. After meeting some resistance from other caterers, Micheal made it very easy and provided plenty of options for me. The food was stunning! Our guests loved it. Even my friends/family who were more skeptical of a meat free meal were going back for seconds.I cannot imagine my wedding day with any other caterer.They made everything so easy and worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. Not only did they deliver an incredible vegetarian meal but they coordinated the chairs, linens. tables, bar service, a beautiful aisle for our outdoor ceremony, passed hors d'oeuvers and a signature cocktail for cocktail hour. Michael and his staff were absolutely amazing. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

Culinary Artz Catering was my vendor for my wedding and it was more than I ever could have dreamed for. Michael was very detailed oriented, making sure to go over every aspect of the wedding with me. He caught many things I would have missed if he didn't bring it to my attention. His team meet me at my ceremony location to ensure that everything would be perfect on the day of. Michael and his team were even able to provide wedding chairs for me and have them delivered and picked up SAME DAY! The day before the wedding, the wedding coordinator, Cassandra, came to help us set of the venue. Her attention to detail and ability to envision what I wanted made her an amazing asset. I could not have finished without her. AND THIS IS ALL JUST BEFORE THE WEDDING!!!! I'm telling you this company is the way to go. After my wedding my guest were raving about how the appetizers at cocktail hour just kept on coming. They couldn't believe how amazing the food was and how much of it there really was. Michael made sure to coordinate with the DJ so that my buffet style dinner went swimmingly for a guest list of 150. The food was delicious and served HOT! Just the way I like it. The serving staff was friendly and continued to ask myself as well as my guest if they needed anything EVEN THOUGH IT WAS BUFFET! I'm in in awe how of special they made my wedding. Food is obviously a huge part of a wedding but the service that came along with there delicious food was unbelievably phenomenal. II LOVED THE FOOD AND THE STAFF! :) Thank you so much Michael, Cassandra, Nancy and team!

My wife and I recently hired Culinary Artz Catering for our wedding. They provide so much more than just food service. Everything from delivering and setting up the aisle runner and chairs for our wedding ceremony, the signature cocktail, hor d'oeuvres and high tops for cocktail hour, wares and champagne for the toast, a vegetarian dinner, mini cupcakes for dessert and even midnight snacks, or as we called them - drunk munchies. Along with all that they provided the linens, wares and open bar for our reception dinner and party. Having all of those goods and services provided from just one vendor really made things convenient and helped make our event a resounding success.Michael and his staff got to the venue early to get things set up for the wedding and things went off without a hitch. His waitstaff, Sara and Sydney were attentive, friendly and beyond helpful during the entire event. Ronnie, the bartender had his work cut out for him (we liked to drink) but was extremely personable and kept up no matter how many drink orders were requested of him.I can’t say enough good things about the crew, but what really hit the spot was the food. My wife is vegetarian, so we decided that we were going to have a meatless wedding. Michael created and prepared the menu and pulled it off amazingly: three kinds of hor d'oeuvres, an eggplant entree with two different pasta dishes, various breads, salad and two different midnight appetizers. Our guests were surprised at how delicious and satisfying a completely vegetarian menu can be.At the end of the evening, everything was packed and cleaned up as if we were never there. The kitchen at the venue was spotless. A huge thank you to Michael and his crew for helping us throw a party we and our friends will never forget. I strongly recommend Culinary Artz Catering! A big, big thanks to the whole Culinary Artz team for their great job on our wedding party and next day lunch.We exchanged a lot via email before the event day, had a very useful preparatory meeting with Michael and Aubrey, and both the culinary and organizational sides of their service was absolutely flawless. Despite some organizational issues on our side and some last minute adverse weather conditions, we had a great wedding party. Michael and his team are very talented for both sophisticated dishes that were served during the dinner (our French guests all praised the hors d'oeuvre and fish main dish), and the next day barbecue.Special thanks also to Nancy and Lisa, who also enlightened the event with their smile and professionalism.Michael perfectly understood our catering needs, and Aubrey did a great job at preparing and arranging the scene, making my wife's design ideas a beautiful reality.

It is rare to find a professional like him that has a way with kids, too. For my lavish parties, they were able to cater towards our guests’ finer palettes, and for the children’s birthday parties, they were able to adjust to what the kids wanted and gave them the best food a birthday party could have.

Amazing work from Michael and his team. We organized a business event with our top clients. The whole organization was done through conference calls, Michael understood immediately what we wanted for our guests and was extremly helpful and flexibile to provide new ideas and do last minute changes. The set up at the party venue was amazing and the food even better. This caterer works with you to make your wedding day a feast for family and friends. They were able to meet a near-impossibly short deadline--for a wedding of 20. For a larger group with on-site services I would expect a longer lead time would e required--but with their enthusiasm and resilience they do pull off miracles. Hot items were delivered hot, with clear instructions on how to keep warm in my oven. Cold items were delivered cold. Special instructions were give on handling a cake with butter cream frosting. All this wonderful service could have fallen short if the food did not match the service.I am VERY HAPPY to say that the food well exceeded expectations!. The meal was delicious and the pastry chef did an outstanding job creating a cake that met our flavor preferences.PS They understand the requirements for Kosher separation of meat and milk, and limited horderves containing shell fish. They asked about allergies up front and respected them. For example, I am allergic to cantaloup and most melons--they produced great fruit skewers that I was able to eat with pleasure--and no worries.They are A+++ Out to serve the customer; and exceed customer expectations.
