Came here to go through the drive-thru to pick up some ice cream for my mother. Waited forever to place an order and then waited forever just to get the two little ice creams. I mean it's dairy Queen didn't come in with high expectations.. left with even lower ones.

Highly disappointed in this restaurant. Went for free conday after being a loyal customer here for multiple years was told that they had sold out so I was unable to get one for my daughter who is 10 years old. The next group of people (adults) who were in line were then given 3 free ice creams for free cone day. When I went back to the counter to inquire about this the owner who had just given 3 free full cups of ice cream told me that they ran out because they've been doing this all day and has given away too many ice cream cones so they aren't doing anymore. When questioned how they suddenly were able to give 3 away after I inquired and was denied he begrudgingly gave her a half of a cup. Highly disappointed in the customer service or lack of thereof experienced tonight at this restaurant.

Went there to pick up a shake for a friend and ordered one for myself plus a cheese burger with mustard and ketchup, no pickles. It had no ketchup and had pickles. The credit card machine wasn’t working and it wasn’t busy. Not a good impression.

The prices are higher than the other Dairy Queen about a mile and a half down the road on the left in Pompano and the services very slow they need to train the people a little bit better it just seems poorly

It was raining and the parking lot was under water. Used the drive thru and discovered they advertised a red dipped soft serve vanilla yet didn't have any. They also advertised chocolate sprinkles, yet they are not available. One would think, DQ, this is what they do! Nope, sadly settled for a plain, vanilla cup of DQ.
